Customer service is 2nd to none - I phoned the 0800 number after hours on the off chance that it may still be open but wasn't really expecting it to be. To my surprise, Matt (the OWNER) answered, handled my query and organised the info I required. I was so impressed. The third party supplier that my product actually came from also had excellent customer service.
