Feb 21,2020I ordered my Flowers for Valentines Day from Wendy on the Wednesday previous for delivery at a cost of £55 + £4.50 delivery charge because I was away on business and hoped to impress my wife in my absence The Flowers didn’t arrive until 9.00pm on Valentines Night and the tied bunch could have been presented better for the cost. Needless to say my wife was unimpressed to receive the flowers so late as it certainly appeared that my order was last minute and as a consequence a late delivery. Will try elsewhere in future

Feb 15,2020My husband ordered valentines bouquet for me online and the money was debited £64 including delivery - the flowers didn’t arrive on Valentine’s Day! My husband emailed got no response and telephoned several times the next day no answer It went to answer machine! As the flower shop is in Holywood I had to go down myself on the 15th feb as my husband was on business and we had still hadn’t received the bouquet - the staff in the shop weren’t very helpful and I had to lead the conversation - I was informed they had our order and couldn’t explain why it never arrived and did I want a refund ! I wasn’t happy and probed further and the lady ended up giving me a bouquet that was sitting in the shop - We will not use this service again due to the service and aftercare offered by this florist ! Very disappointing !

Jul 04,2019Following the use of many florists with disappointing service and dead flowers on arrival, I used FF and loved them! I've used them many times and never once have I been disappointed. I live in Brussels and need a good florist back "home" to deliver good flowers on time. I ordered this morning following a death in the family, and they were delivered within 2 hours. Super and efficient. I've also ordered by phone many times and nothing is ever a problem. Thanks for being our link to "home".

After using Ferguson flowers, I wont be using any else, listening to my family after the deliveries they are of the highest standard, long lasting and promptly delivered. Thank you Andy

May 23,2019First time using FF as have been disappointed by others in the past . Not this time !! I wanted to thank my sister for a favour and boy was she impressed ! The order process online was quick , easy and efficient . However I was worried if they would find her office , although local can be tricky to access . Again proved successful , my sister was over the moon with the bouquet ‘yellow and white ‘ arrangement and said her colleagues were ‘well jel ‘. She also sent me a photo of the bouquet and it looked absolutely stunning ! Thank you FF and I will certainly be using again .

May 12,2020Great and efficient service. Even got back to me in order to include a card, which I didn't get the opportunity to do on line. Now that is good service! They even sent a video of the bouquet that was being delivered. I have never received that kind of detail before when sending flowers. Well done!
