Jan 20,2017Finding out my mum was coming home from Hospital early, the only Florist that could deliver in such a short amount of time were Ferguson Flowers. I was truly amazed at how promptly my order was delivered! Within less than 3 hours, my mum had received a beautiful bouquet to welcome her home. The most stunning arrangement of pink alstroemerias and cerise germinis arrived with the help of a very friendly and professional delivery chap. I will only be ordering from Ferguson Flowers going forward. Terrific customer service experience. I've even recommended them to my work colleagues. Thanks ever so much Ferguson Flowers !

Sep 22,2016I have given this 1 star as I can't give any less... Ordered extra large baby flower bouquet for my daughter on the birth of my grandson, firstly didn't get delivered on the promised day, then when they were delivered the flowers were not gift wrapped and it was definitely not the extra large bouquet and the gift card had my grandson's name missing and spelling mistakes. I was so disappointed, I contacted them twice to complain as their website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed, I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement never mind a response..... On this experience I would advise to avoid them to avoid disappointment...

Sep 13,2016Ordered flowers for a funeral service in the USA, didn't get the invoice until a day and a half later and found that the address which was Seattle, Washington had been entered as Alabama! The delivery date was in as the same day as the funeral. Called back numerous times and the staff (Tracy) completely disinterested. Asked to speak to a manager but none available. Was told that someone would call back, to date that hasn't happened. Once they get the money they don't appear to care. Don't trust all the guff on their website "Your call will be handled with great sensitivity and care", Yeah right!

Nov 13,2015I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ferguson Flowers for their stunning flowers. It was my mums birthday a few weeks ago and I ordered flowers through the website which I thought was very easy to use. The flowers that she received looked nothing like the picture- they look so much better. A lovely mix of open and closed flowers meaning she had them for nearly four weeks! Thank you so much making my mums birthday extra special.

Nov 06,2015With my sister coming home from London for the first time since starting her new job, I thought a bouquet of flowers would be the perfect way to welcome her home. The service I received at Fergusons Flowers was simply superb. A girl called Lyndsay guided me in the right direction as I wouldn’t have a clue about picking flowers! Needless to say my sister was delighted with her flowers and it really got her stay at home off to a great start! I would definitively recommend Ferguson Flowers as it helped me out big time!

Nov 05,2015I would highly recommend Ferguson Flowers to a friend or family member. I order flowers each month, for my mother who is in a nursing home in Belfast. I cannot get up to see her much and it means so much to me that she knows I am thinking of her. Ferguson Flowers help me each and every month, they deliver different flowers each month, and I allow them to choose the flowers, as they are the experts and my mum has yet to be disappointed. Ferguson Flowers email me the picture of each bouquet before they send it to my mum, I love that they do this, they go that little bit extra for their customers and I love this company for that. The delivery driver Maurice is so nice to my mum and delivers the flowers at the same time every month, my mum looks forward to that time so much and is the talk of the nursing home. Thanks again to the staff at Ferguson Flowers.

Feb 22,2013First time user of this company. I had some valentines flowers sent to my girlfriend. The freshness of 75% of the bunch of flowers couldn't have been better, however some of the roses, the remaining 25%, was almost poor, only lasted a couple of days. So slightly disappointed, but overall OK, hence my 3 stars. Will probably use again to give them another chance before looking elsewhere.

Feb 21,2013Ordered valentine's flowers for my wife to be delivered to her office, no more than 300 yards away from the shop. I went to the shop at 4:45pm that day and they couldn't even find out for sure if any drivers had been given the flowers, so they gave me a pre-made bunch which looked like crap. I was just in shock so left with them, didn't even have my personalised message card. Didn't get my delivery charge refunded either! £52 for crap flowers I had to deliver myself... Never again!

Feb 20,2013Valentines flowers did not arrive to my girlfriends work, so i phoned customer services who said they would send them to her home address that evening. They never arrived so that's me in the bad books until next year. I phoned again the next day and was told i would get a refund, free flowers as ordered, chocolates and a written apology. Flowers did arrive but were not the colour ordered and no apology, so i will use another company in future as valentines flowers on the 15th does your love life no favours!

Especially good service considering I got the address wrong and they had phoned me up the same day I placed the order to check and correct it! Thank you very much. Highly recommended company with great products.
