Jun 12,2021I took in my mother's old wedding ring to get repaired. A diamond needed replacing, and it needed a good clean, as well as being resized. It came back looking better than new! I'm so happy with the service, and the reasonable price. Daxesh, who served me, was very polite and professional.

Jun 02,2021Ordered by post, great packaging specially for the health n safety reason, they provided with alcohol swabs plus the product was sealed so it won't get contaminated... As for the product I got what I paid for...the description on web was precisely.

May 24,2021I am very happy with a jewellery ordered and customer service. I was looking for gold nose studs and it’s very difficult to find nice quality online but found it on minarjewellers! I ordered flower stud which is beautiful and very high quality and diamond one for everyday wear. I have purchased different sizes to check which one I would prefer more and settled for 0,04ct which is around 2,5mm. It’s beautiful very shiny high quality and secure, have no issues wearing it! I was able to return the other size with no problems, customer service was very helpful and got refund within a day or two! Few years back I visited the shop to buy a chain and service was excellent, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff (I’m sorry don’t remember the name of the lady but she was lovely!) I will definitely be buying from them again! Highly recommend!

Their customer service is next to none, with clear expertise in the industry they provided me with unbiased advice and help with picking out the most important pieces jewellery a couple can choose. The dedication to ensuring that our rings would arrive on time under the current circumstances with Covid-19 delays was also exceptional. From start to finish Donika was brilliant- she was attentive, helpful and friendly. She helped me chose the right jewellery and I don’t regret them at all. The service was absolutely high standard and everything was processed and explained in great detail. I was very happy with the service and the turnaround time for what I wanted. May 04,2021I am very disappointed with the customer service of Minar Jewellers. Not only did they give me the wrong earrings, they have not replied to my e-mail regarding this matter. The earrings given to me are slightly lighter in weight than the ones I had ordered and the design is not my style. Very unhappy customer.
