The correspondence was fantastic and the item re- delivered to me straight away by special delivery. Very trusting and kind people. Lovely packaging and certificate for the jewellery too. Jan 06,2021Ordered an 18ct gold nose stud- was perfectly designed to fit into the nose piercing without hassle. The stud looks fab and is not too long in the stem to cause irritation as was the case with the previous stud. Sent in beautiful packaging too. Definitely recommendable.

Sylwia was brilliant she sent me lots of choices with weights, dimensions and costs all worked out We agreed on an exchange which was processed super quick and refund deposited efficiently Amazingly the pendant still arrived intime and would happily purchase from minar again. Lovely product topped with excellent customer service.
