Not something I see often with indian jewellers. I bought a chain and it is stunning! I love it. Thank you for such a great experience shopping with you!

Nov 25,2020So what can I say, amazing customer service with great email communication from a person not an auto generated one but personalised from a human!! I ordered a diamond nose stud which has arrived today with its certification. It’s beautiful and just what I wanted. I would highly recommend both the product and the company and will be emailing the aforementioned human to personally thank him!

Jaysal took me through a variety of styles and put me at ease. Once I had proposed (she said yes) the ring needed a slight resizing that Minar sorted out quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Their service is exceptional, I had some issues with my delivery but when I contacted them on the web chat they respond immediately and were so understanding and helpful.
