Dec 03,2023I paid for next day delivery. Ordered well before the deadline for next day delivery on the day before. However, the item took 3 days to arrive. This was disappointing and unacceptable as I paid for a service and did not receive it. Product was good but preparation for delivery by Minar is part of service and this appears to have been painfully slow. So money for next day delivery was taken but I didn't receive that service.

Nov 18,2023It’s the second time that I ordered a nose stud. I was advised by a shop assistant online. She was really helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated. However the size of the stud was too small … and sending back the product takes too long and is pretty expensive … it would be nice if you can prepare a voucher that we can use to send back your product.
