I do apologise for the delay. 😊 Wanted to say a huge thank you to you and Koki for our recent experience of getting the damaged bracelet repair which now looks excellent. Also, the wife loves her earrings you recommend. Also, the Van Cleef style gold bracelet was a perfect compliment to the earring despite a dent in my finances. 🤣 Koki, apologies for not buying the gold bullion piece as the paper weight. As you saw, our son still needs to get married, so will come and make the purchase. 😊 Many thanks again, can’t recommend you and Minar for the excellent quality and service during our visits. Sep 08,2023Very happy with the product but didn't receive it as stated next day delivery, had 2 emails from dpd saying there was a delay in getting item from jewellers but no communication from the jewellers themselves and it arrived almost a week after order.
