Terrible process and Service when it comes to returns. Almost impossible to find and it costs 12€ 😅
To be honest, this time it is beyond acceptable! I have never seen this in Denmark at all. You are not allowed to return items within 90 days unless they have the original label and have never been worn. My daughter wore the skirt for 30 minutes before I started noticing irreparable stretches, small holes, and visible damage to the fabric. You should warn people on the website that a piece of clothing costing 66 euros is purely decorative and should only be worn if the plan is to sit in the car or stand next to a parent. In any other company, you would receive a full refund for an item that is not durable and sustainable at all. Please read the Terms and Conditions for delivery before making a purchase, as you might feel as scammed as I do.

It’s been nearly a week since I first contacted MR as they have sent me the wrong item. I have not had any response. I’ve since sent two follow up messages using their customer service email and their contact form and still, nothing. Considering that they are a higher end brand I am really shocked at this terrible customer service. I’m left with an item I didn’t order and without the item I did and with no indication of when or if this will be sorted out.
I ordered a 150€ expensive jacket and after 10 days I was really wandering about the parcel. After checking the statues of delivery I contacted the Customer Service and the reply was just: your order is lost. Sorry, what? No excuse, no replacement, nothing! Really worst experience in my whole life. My girl was waiting for her gift and this brand does not care at all.
Unfortunately quality went down massivly. I have pieces from 7 years ago, which are still in use but i bought newer stuff in the last 2 to 3 years and quality is like H&M and Zara. Prints are washed out and sewing is opening on several parts like under arm, sides etc. It is dissapointing as prices went up so much. I bought a 90 Euros Denim Suit and after 3 washings have the buttons broke. Should not happen. I really loved mini rodini for the designs and prints but for this amount of money it is ridiculous. What a pity.
I returned two items but customer service failed to return my money. They haven’t answered any of my emails nor picked up the phone when I’ve tried calling them. I love the clothes and have been a faithful customer for years but no more :(
their designs are gorgeous and great unisex so sustainable as you can wear for any gender usually (at least items i have) but shrinks bad! Says 5 percent on cardi i have but has shrunk (after multiple washes on what it suggests on label) way more than 5percent. Maybe looks like almost 50percent smaller and now looks ridiculous on my kid. Like doll clothing. I reckon it would now measure a couple of sizes smaller than my kids age! So yeh not sure about the quality. Which is a shame for the price you pay. We love the designs, jst need better quality mini rodini!!! as its not sustainable to now have something we cant wear thought it was meant to last for multiple years (5-7 size). Disapointing Bought through mini rodini website Try not to buy any knitwear esp! Not sure about their other items and quality. We have a shirt but because of seasons havent worn it so havent washed it much.
Mini Rodini is a reputable company that works with organic fabrics and has sustainable packaging. However, I had to make a return for an item with the wrong size, but their customer service was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the return shipping, but I understand that for a medium-sized company, it's not easy to absorb the cost of return shipping as well. They're not all like Amazon (fortunately). So, well done, I liked them!
Ordered multiple sizes online to fit the items on my daughter. When wanting to return the incorrect sizes I was facing a non english returns page which I had to translate line by line... and then also having to pay 12 euro return costs is really a turn off. It's a shame, I like the brand a lot and it is quite costly, but for these reasons I will never order directly on their website anymore.
Bought a dress in the sale for £40, half price, was £80, and the quality of the fabric is terrible, so many patches on a black dress where you can see white underneath, as if it has been stretched and already worn. Very disappointed, just glad I didn't pay the full £80, I don't even think it looks worth £40. I cannot be bothered with returning as my daughter doesn't want to part with the dress now, just want to put it out there so other people don't make the same mistake.
Have been shopping with Mini Rodini for years but after my recent experience I don’t think I will again. Checkout on their website does not work, it took 5 attempts for an order to go through and when it did it put the wrong address (even after I went in and changed it). Their customer service was extremely unhelpful, basically blamed me for their error and said it was my problem. For such an “ethical” company you think they would hire better staff. You have lost a customer.

I’ve been shopping Mini Rodini for a long time, and never had any problems. But last time I placed an order, something went wrong, and I paid twice the amount I was supposed to. Now, Its impossible to get a hold of costumer service. I’ve been trying for more than a month! Writing them e-mails, calling and Messenger on Facebook, wit they saw, and never answered! So bad!
