Just when I started to buy it, i first paid the product and i didn't expect to pay after the delivery and the tax, and I couldn't go back and annulate my order... its like I didn't have choice and I had to pay 10 euro extra, while the product is already expensive enougth...

Went out of their way to get my delivery to me the same day, even though, they could have just left it to be delivered ind the new year (purchased, late, between Christmas and new years), which would have been more than understandable too. So kind and helpful, would be more than happy to purchase from them again
