It's was 4 AM when I placed my order and I called the company just by curiosity and really, truly DOLLY picked up the phone and assisted me with my order. DOLLY thank you for your help. I will continue to place my order with this company. GREAT customer service .

My Allure dress I absolutely STUNNING. It came on time and carefully wrapped. The extras were awesome and helped to complete the dress. The whole experience from start to finish was top notch. The availability of dresses that other salons said would take 16 weeks to deliver is probably where I should start. The incredible selection is second to none. It makes the other shops seem stuck in a time warp. 16 weeks for a dress? Why? But I digress, the customer service that May provided was outstanding. May gave me updates before I even knew that I needed them. May was also so patient with me because I took some time to choose my items. I really appreciated the polite follow up call and status emails. Highly recommend. I never set foot in their store, even though I am in NYC once each month. I trusted them. So, I just ordered online. Thank you May and Misses Dressy! I am THRILLED.

It has been OVER 1 month and I have not been refunded $314.00. Even after calling several times, they keep saying the same things: 1. Sorry the manager isn't in. 2. We will forward/ expedite the request to our manager. 3. Sorry, we've been having trouble refunding money. My story: June 3, I ordered a dress with OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. That was a Wednesday I waited 24 hrs and called. They said it would take 3 days of processing THEN it would be overnighted.. I should not have believed them. It came to Monday, June 8 and I tried again. This time they said the dress WASN"T EVEN IN STOCK and simply apologized. However, the damage had already been done because they already took my money before shipping the garment. The website clearly stated that they wouldn't charge me until the dress was shipped. This site is a fraud and I am never shopping here again. I will not stop calling until I get my money back.
