It was my first order from this website and I loved it. May assisted me and she did fantastic job! I was not sure about the dress' colour and May kindly offered to get real photos for me. So she did! She emailed me pictures of dresses from same designer accomplished in same colour I was going to order. It helped me to make my mind and feel confident with the decision made. All way along May has been incredibly patient and helpful. Communication was easy, email responding quick, I cannot thank her enough for her job. Absolutely positive experience.

Excellent Customer Service by Sales Representative, May. Very quick to respond and take actions. I saw a dress on several websites, however on reading through the reviews I felt trusted that this company was the best and most legit! Residing in the UK, buying a dress from another country, I had loads of questions, so decided the best action would be to 'chat now'. The dress I wanted to order looked perfect, however from the sizes, I wanted to make sure the dress would fit (I am 15 weeks pregnant). Also, I needed to know where the zip was for obvious reasons, how long it would take to arrive as I didn't want to pre order a dress to be made as I'd left it too late to do that. The dress I was enquiring about was a petite, the lady I spoke to (May), was extremely helpful and advised that I could order a standard dress that could be shipped today. I would be having it altered here in the UK anyway as it is too long, so any other alterations would be minor. May was helpful, polite, extremely knowledgeable about my product and also quick to answer my questions. I felt truly relaxed about the whole ordering position and can't wait for it to arrive in just 2 weeks. I also wanted a dress that gave the wow factor, that no one else would have on, thanks to MD I will be able to do that. Personally chatting to May was a complete delight and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to all friends and family. I am a bit picky when it comes to clothes, only like the best and feel I have found that with MD. Thank you May for being so attentive and can't wait to get the dress. Only given 4 stars as not received dress yet otherwise it would be a 5

After looking at numerous websites regarding their return service I came across Misses Dressy and am SO pleased I did. I had a very long Live Chat with Unayzha who was so helpful and went way beyond her call of duty. She advised me on sizes, returns, shipping etc and processed my order for me. I will shortly be a 2nd time senior bride and live in the UK so her help to me was invaluable. I am now impatiently waiting for my outfit which I hope will be as lovely as the service I received.
