These guys are not movers, they’re brokers. They sell the job to whoever will do it cheapest. My move was done by the *slimiest* scammers I’ve ever done business with in my life. Said my stuff would be there in 2-3 days, it didn’t arrive for 2 weeks. Stopped answering my texts and calls, AND JACKED UP THE PRICE BY DOUBLE ONCE THE TRUCK WAS LOADED. Then they tried to ask for even more money when they arrived. Things arrived scratched, damaged, broken, and no one makes any effort to check the inventory list they make upon pickup. I have never been scammed so badly in my life and I have learned my lesson. These people should be shut down.

Don't ever use this company. Read all of the reviews. I contracted with Mission Van Lines to move my things from Pennsylvania to Florida. NONE of the promises that were made worked out. This job was farmed out to Handle With Care Moving and Transportation. Don't ever use them either. The driver was a day late picking up my furniture. On the day they were supposed to arrive they were very late. Once my things were loaded the price increased substantially. We also had to tip the driver $650.00 or he would have dumped our stuff out on the street. The time to receive my things was much longer than stated. When the truck arrived and they started to bring the furniture into the house, I discovered it wasn't my furniture. The mover explained that my stuff was somewhere else. 4 days later he showed up with my stuff. EVERYTHING was damaged. My TV's were cracked. Mirrors were cracked. Every box was crushed and shredded. Many things were wet. Many things are missing. Mission Van Lines is a scam. Handle with Care is a scam. Lots more things to discuss, but I'll save it for court. This goes way beyond items damaged in transit. This is gross negligence. I will be filing complaints with the State DA's for Florida and Georgia and any other government agency I can find.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD. Unprofessional, terrible customer service. Initial quote is a lie to lure you in to believing their services and prices are better than competitors. They try to make you believe you are getting discounted only to charge you more upon pick up/delivery. Per their contracted delivery service someone should arrive prior to delivery to ensure the delivery truck is able to enter the location and no surprise charges will be brought to the customer. This includes if you would need to pay for shuttle/stairs/etc. None of which was done. This company had my kids and I drive to the side of a highway to unload my stuff to into my vehicle because their driver did not know how to drive the 18-wheeler into the complex when plenty have come in and out before. They also refuse to assemble any furniture which is included in the services because we will not pay for a shuttle service that is unnecessary. If i could include pictures as well I would. Terrible service I should have paid name brand companies who are well known like Uhaul for the extra cost at least I would have known what my money was going towards from the beginning. Do yourself the favor and run. DO NOT BITE THEIR BATE! Scam artists.

We hired Mission Van lines to move our 19 year-old daughter from Tucson, AZ to Minnesota. We were told her belongings would be delivered in 10 days. We are now on 54 days and no one knows where her stuff is, or at least they will not tell us where it is. We call every day many phone numbers and are told that Eli owns all of these companies however he will never come to the phone. They plunk you on hold and leave you there. Total scam! The company operates under many names: Kasongo Trucking, Mission Van Lines, Helping Hands, Moving and Storage, are all part of the scam. The answering machine says “thank you for calling your professional moving team”. Ugg there is nothing professional about this company. They are allthieves.

What a nightmare! I have no idea what this "organization" is but it is NOT a business that has any interest at all in the happiness of their customer. RUN from this company. I'm writing this in January of 2025 and surely they will be out of business soon, as they deserve to not exist and no longer torture people like I experienced. I have never in my 65 years had a worst experience with any legitimate company. I needed moved from Cincinnati to Ocala, Fl and lucky me they had a truck moving from Orlando to Cincinnati just in time and I could "save some money". here's the bottom lines: charged me 35% over the original quote despite having the exact details of the move in advance. picked up my goods a full week after the promised date had to sign a new "contract" since I was now dealing with a subcontractor, they needed more money at pickup but could not take a credit card (imagine that, even the cash app was "broken". when I inquired as to a deliver day/time my calls went unanswered. When I continued to dial in they would pick up, then put me on hold realizing it was me. My furniture was delivered to Florida more than 6 WEEKS after they picked it up! Upon delivery, they refused to open the truck until the full balance was paid, again can't use a CC. on delivery a lamp was missing, another lamp was broken and a desk had the corner destroyed. Virtually every box was crushed at least partially, I can only imagine how many times this stuff was shuttled from truck to warehouse to truck. UPDATE : on 1/28/25... in the time I took to write the review yesterday we've opened more things only to discover one of the large standup mirrors (that we paid $350 to "wrap" is damaged, and our 55" LCD TV was completely shattered once we turned it on. If the moving experience wasn't such a nightmare I would file suit for damages, but knowing this org is dead broke it would be a waste of time. You can bet their "insurance" is worthless. Funnly how they replied to this review in just hours but wouldn't return my call or deliver my goods for weeks. They are taking money and causing damage as you can see in the other reviews. They need to be shut down.

Well, to Start with the call to Mission and spoke to (Lewis) as a sales rep of (Mission Van Lines) for the company he was very on point to how we could make a great package deal for me to go from Atlanta, Ga to Las Vegas, Nv- spent almost 2 hours on the phone going from room to room giving detailed info on my inventory (furniture, appliances, beds, etc.) a lot of stuff. After all was said and done, he charged me 5300.00 which sounded too good to be true-IT WAS!!!!! I called him the next morning and told him that I think his take on my inventory was way off and he stated that would be fine upon the packers and movers showing up and they would asset the adjustment and make a slight price change, I got the call from the driver telling me that he was headed out and stated that he would be coming with a 26' footer which in return I told him that would be too small for my amount of inventory (almost 2500 sq. footage 4 bedroom house) which they knew from the initial call, Mike (Driver-Handle With Care Trucking, LLC) told me he would make the change in the proper truck size to support the house size and inventory. Truck shows up and it's a 40'-footer and we need a 50'-footer to complete the job (THE FLIP) they send a smaller truck to kick up the amount of money you would need to give them additional to make the job solid. Mission is not an actual Van Line service, they're a broker (Dispatcher of jobs) which find truckers to pick up your belongings to get the job done. My job changed hands a total of 3 times and Handle with Care Trucking, LLC & Arena Van Lines helped sum up the 3 times of needed money- they tell you that they pack, and un-pack is a (LIE) it cost for them to do this, and it was a plus that 90% of my inventory was already packed for the move. Spoke to (Handle with Care Trucking, LLC) Owner (Eli) which wanted me to feel grateful of the price per cu. ft. then in return hit me for an additional 6300.00 for the job after they sent an additional truck to get the rest of my stuff for sending a smaller truck. They convince you that the pricing should not be much more and will load the truck for what you were originally charged and that's how they get and hold your stuff hostage until you kick out the additional cost. It took from November 22nd to being delivered December 4th with the last and final trucking (Arena Van Lines) which Sumed up the final trucking company to collect money to be paid in full, well they had an additional charge for stairs and at this point we start to see some damages to our inventory and felt defeated due to it was finger pointing and it could have been the other trucking service like the trucker stated. We do have some things that are missing and will try to retrieve with a claim (Good Luck on that) Handle with Care Trucking, LLC took my Drill with him, and they kept some things that will probably be replaced with a claim, but I will never recommend 2 of the 3 (Mission Van Lines & Handle with Care Trucking, LLC) to anyone but Arena Van Lines who was connected to this transaction because with just being two of them they completed the job quicker than the ones (4 the first day and 2 the next day) who wanted a tip and took all day for 2 days of loading my stuff, Arena Van Lines did in one day and half the time along with setting up beds, etc. overall this was a learning experience that was costly with damaged stuff and (Mission Van Lines and Handle with Care Trucking, LLC) are not good companies in my opinion and a 1 star is too good for the job they did.

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently spoke with one of the representatives from this company over the phone about getting a price estimate to set up a move. At the beginning of the conversation and throughout the conversation I politely told them I was shopping around for quotes and the rep on the phone told me I was broke because I didn’t agree to put down a deposit with them today. He was extremely rude to say this and I doubt calling potential customers broke is a great way to get their business. I have every right to shop around to compare quotes and I would hope this behavior isn’t a part of the training or ethics of the company and if not he should be retrained to speak with customers with the same level of respect they provide him. I was very calm and polite on the call with him and at no point raised my voice. After telling him I wanted to shop around more than 4 separate times he would not take no for an answer and continued to beg me to make a deposit over and over which was a red flag. He got increasingly more upset and decided to insult me instead of accepting no and I had to end the call. If this is how your company treats customers over the phone how could I trust you to handle my belongings in a move? His behavior is unacceptable and based on other reviews I've seen it seems that insulting customers is a tactic reps from this company use to bully people into giving them money. I’m glad I didn’t fall for it!

Would give a zero if I could. Daniel attempted to bully me into giving a deposit when he called me based off my online inquiry. He apparently thought sneeringly calling me a Kamala supporter would actually get me to agree. Horrible experience and will not recommend this company.

Unfortunately zero stars isn’t an option for dealing with this “entity” calling itself Mission Van Lines; high level, this is what you can expect dealing with this bunch: 1. Dishonesty in the space you are quoted and what the “contract drivers” show up with on the estimate. 2. A multitude of independent contractors where no one owns or takes responsibility for the move. Expect zero communication, attempts by Mission or their contractors to shortchange and increase their fees (including removing my “veterans discount” on the bill of lading). 3. Drivers who suggest if you want your stuff to show up, you best leave a big tip in cash (they complain the company takes 25% if you leave on venmo or similar). 4. Zero communication, coordination or accountability on any one’s part. No scheduling, knowledge, or confidence when or if all of the items you shipped will arrive. 5. Cash shakedowns – I was told Venmo or Zelle would work, but then the final carrier was unlocatable, in Zelle; fortunately the bank was still open and I was able to get my stuff. 6. A “customer care” and “customer service” number that will be on a permanent busy signal once the money is forked over. 7. Potentially injuring yourself, because their service is supposed to provide movers to assist who will not show up; instead plan performing the service you supposedly paid for. 8. Hours of time expended and unneeded instead of hiring some labor load the truck and control the move yourself - lots of stress and time expended to simply ensure they follow through. 9. The most needlessly stressful experience compounded with non-existent customer service and dishonest dealings you may ever encounter. I had looked up movers via google and though hiring Mission Van Lines as I thought this would be a less stressful way to conduct a cross-country move as opposed to driving myself (boy, was I wrong!) Upon the estimate being completed, Mission as well as their independently contracted third party movers were unreachable, and I only found out the day of when my mover was coming, and several hours past the time communicated to me by the dispatcher – this resulted in me missing a critical work meeting; this mover also suggested if I wanted my stuff to show up, I should leave him a good tip in cash; at this point I had paid over half of the estimate and had to explain to his supervisor I had a veterans discount. The quote had also magically reduced the square footage from my agreement with the estimator and I was shaken down at the point of pick-up. Over the next two weeks, a delivery date of December 1st passed, zero communication; I had work travel I repeatedly communicated to one of one of their “contractors” (moving logistics? – there are too many to try and keep up with). Even still, I was contacted and told my delivery would be on a date I was traveling, which required several phone calls to finally get corrected to a day I could be home. Delivery day: after failing to be contacted by one of these innumerable third parties, the finally contact my day of and inform they will be arriving 5 hours past the time communicated by the dispatcher (fortunately, I anticipated this continued failure and took a paid-time-off day) with the carrier insisting on cash after their Zelle “account” was non-existent. In total about $400 of stuff is missing, with zero ability to recoup or recourse – avoid these racketeers at all costs; don’t say you haven’t been warned. 12/10/2024: Response to the reply below - I have attempted to contact you several times via phone and receive only a busy signal. Please provide a phone number that works. Both the company phone number on my estimate as well as "Brandon Collins" have gone directly to busy signal - I have zero expectation of any follow-up or customer service from this business. I will reach out to appropriate governing authorities for redress.

Scam company. I was bullied into booking a move when I only called for an estimate on moving cost. I have called to cancel the move several times. Lewis and Lexi are who I have spoken to. Lewis says he will call back but never does. It has been two weeks and they still will not acknowledge my cancellation request or issue a refund.

Thank you for replying, that it is not our responsibility; however, you said to contact the claims department for A&S. We have tried now for a week since their first stop in Redding, CA. Leaving multiple voice messages. My wife asked Dillion for the DIRECT phone number for A&S claims, but there has been no reply to date. We do hold Mission responsible for contracting a terrible mover, but all you do is wash your hands.

They only get 1 star because the people at their call centers are so nice. Outside of that, they made my entire move a nightmare!! First, they told me my move was set Friday; they gave me a time window and everything. 30 mins later I get another call saying that it had to be moved to Saturday at 10am. I was unhappy but dealt with it. Friday evening around 8pm I get a call from someone identifying himself as my mover saying he’ll be there at 8am. Saturday morning comes and he shows up at 7:30am in a U-haul truck saying I have to pay with either cash or Zelle. Then he complains about the distance from the front of my building to my apartment and uses that to add another fee. I show him where he can pull the u-haul truck that was significantly closer and he refuses to move it. He moves my stuff then ups the price almost $2k. Mind you I left behind half of the stuff listed in my estimate. I was told I would have my stuff by November 5th. On November 4th I had yet to hear from anyone about my delivery time so I called the 8:00 number. The lady I spoke to was very kind and understanding but this was also when I learned that Mission Van Lines is just a contractor who books for other companies. She tried to reach “dispatch” and informed me that my items would not be picked up from the “warehouse” until either Thursday or Friday. She was apologetic but said there was nothing she could do. On Wednesday, November 6th, I get a call saying my items were in the process of being loaded onto the truck and would be going out that evening. I was told I could expect then working 2-3 days. On Saturday, November 9th, day 3, I get a call from the driver saying that he needs to come early the next morning and will only accept cash for my delivery. I told him I was planning on paying for this using my credit card as all my cash was tied up in this move. He told me too bad he needed cash and that I should just go to the post office and use my card to go get a postal money order and that he’d take that. I left my home because of domestic violence and now I feel like I’m being abused all over again. This is not cool. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER work with this company!! The people who work with them are crooks! Mission is just a broker. When it comes to the actual movers, these people are crooks.

Do not under any circumstances book this company. They said movers were going to arrive between 8-10 , nobody showed, called them, emailed, texted nothing at 5:00pm they arrive. We already missed our flights, then they ask for 2500 cash! What we have already paid. This was horrible service, horrible policies, and save yourself the headache.

As a book enthusiast, I wanted to hire trustworthy movers to handle my hard cover collection. Luckily, I found Mission Van Lines through a colleague. They brought necessary packing supplies and sturdy wooden crates and draped my precious books thoroughly in them. The relief I felt when I found nothing was damaged was indescribable! I cannot begin to express my gratitude to them!
