Jan 22,2024Rob and Petro were faultless at what they did - both were lovely, punctual, neat and did a fantastic job in our open plan kitchen diner, despite the high ceilings and some protrusions due to settling in of a new build in the walls and roof! They went above and beyond to help where they could (due to a broken washing machine) and I really enjoyed having them over. They were polite and trustworthy, kept to themselves and always put the furniture back to how it was each evening before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Oct 31,2023I contacted the business to arrange a mist coat of new plaster after a botched job by the previous painters. The estimator called and requested pictures to be sent over WhatsApp. He messaged a fixed price of £4,777 (after a 10% discount). I requested a specification and he immediately countered with whether I agreed with the estimate. £5K to paint diluted matt emulsion on 3 walls seems a tad expensive so I said I needed to understand the spec to decide if the fee was fair and reasonable. The response what that the price was for two top coats of paint! No sanding down involved. It is best practice to lightly sand the surfaces before applying paint so that there is a key. I only wanted the mist coat done so for me this business absolutely failed in basic listening skills and and estimating.

Apr 12,2022We asked Kloss to decorate a large loft room and two bathrooms. The whole process was very professional. The quote was very thorough and at a competitive level. Useful advice was given. The scheduling and organisation were very efficient. Peter Cardona who carried out the work did an excellent job and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Altogether, a very positive experience. I would use them again.

Mar 28,2024I first used Kloss in 1994-I experienced issues with two decorators-Kloss completed the work on time and the work is of the highest quality
