Dec 17,2020On contacting Kloss, their estimator was in touch and came within 24hrs to view the job and in the afternoon provided us with an estimate that was entirely satisfactory. Work commenced the following Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction within the week, a very good job overall and we can recommenr Kloss as always excellent.

Dec 02,2020Excellent customer service at the booking stage - very easy to contact to discuss the jobs and they were adaptable to my changing needs. Prompt arrival of the decorator who did a fantastic quality job of painting and wallpapering to an exceptionally high standard. The wallpapering, in particular, was impressive as it was an awkward wall with several plug sockets but the end result is flawless. The decorator was also very tidy.

Nov 19,2020I've used this company for years - they are so efficient in their quoting, planning and paperwork, and the decorators they use are always lovely to have around, (which important when they're in your house) and do fabulous work, with no corners ever cut. I thoroughly recommend them.

Oct 01,2020These guys did a great job. Not a cheap and cheerful option, but the guy they sent around for the exterior decorating job was punctual and diligent and the finish was as I’d hoped for.
