We bought our first car over fifty years ago and to date there have been very many car purchases but for us our experience at MK Performance was quite unique. Freddy at MK performance was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our car. No question was too much and he was always happy to help. He has such extensive knowledge about cars and is really professional. There was no hard sale/pressure to buy just the facts. We were greeted by Fred, and he made us feel at ease instantly. He was very helpful and answered our questions politely, friendly and to the best of his ability. He didn’t rush us and even made a lovely cup of tea (and biscuits). The aftercare with this company is first class and when the time is right to upgrade we will be back to see what’s on offer. Amazing customer service 5 stars doesn’t do justice to the excellent service we received Best car dealer we have dealt with. He was very fast , friendly, patient, hardworking and found us a fantastic car for a great price!! Would highly recommend. Will definitely use the service again! We had a great experience of buying a second car from MK Performance. Although they normally trade in luxury cars, we had our heart set on an uncommon model of KA they happened to receive as a trade in. Despite our little car being priced at a fraction of the types of vehicles they usually trade in, we got the impression we weren’t treated any differently from someone coming in to sign for a Porsche. Communication was quick and clear, the viewing of the car was an enjoyable, non-pressured experience and we would recommend MK Performance to anyone looking for a professional but personal second-hand car buying experience.
