Aug 28,2017I renewed my rec through the mmjrecs website using a discount code I received when I first purchased my rec. The website stated that it would be $49 minus $10 from the renewal code leaving it at $39. When I completed the process, they charged my account $59. I called customer support for help with my purchase and the woman on the line did not help and instead told me to email support. I emailed support with my concerns and the website stated that I would be contacted by mmjrecs within 24 hours. It has now been 6 days since I sent the email and I have yet to hear from mmjrecs. That website also states that I would receive my rec in no more than 5 days. It has been over 6 days now and I have not received my rec. Customer support is very unprofessional and will tell you anything to get you off the line. Nobody has bothered to contact me through either phone or email to fix the issue. Don't waste your time and money with mmjrecs. Purchase your rec somewhere else.
