I filled out the online form and submitted it, one day later I received a phone call from a very nice understanding doctor who listened to me when I explained what I had going on and then answered me all of my questions and gave me my recommendation. I think it was five business days later my certification and card arrived in the mail. It was a truly painless and easy experience.

Aug 12,2017We received a follow up on of the approvals the same day. They sent an email with the certificate attached to print out and use immediately. However, the original certificate is to follow in snell mail there after. It's been five days so hopefully we will see it any day now.
