Jul 16,2019Process was simple enough. The issue I have is I was told by the dispensary and also via email I would have my original recommendation sent to my address. So a week goes by and I keep getting these emails to leave a review so I responded to one asking where my original was at. I got a response from Fasial. He said the patients at the dispensary I go to don't receive original papers...... I asked him why I was told by the dispensary and also sent him a screen shot of the email I received from the actual company stating I would receive a physical copy 3-5 business day's. I haven't heard from anyone since!!! Great response... I will continue to go to my regular place to get my recommendations from now on. Kinda need the physical copy to go to most dispensaries. They WILL NOT accept printed copy!!!!!

Jul 11,2019What the hell, never received any confirmation email, or any sort of document to serve as my recommendation, and I was changed for it. In effect, they charged me a rec fee in order to visit the dispensary one time. Obviously I put in my email correctly, or I never would have received this survey email.

Jul 07,2019I was impressed with how quickly getting started was. When I received help, both young women helping me were knowledgeable, and efficient. I was there to get edibles. Being on oxygen I can't smoke. The only problem was when I got home, out of the three products I bought only one was the one I asked for. Seems they heard key words but not specifics, such as the flavors of cookies and the type of drink powder. Next time I will take a bit more time in approving my choices, and hopefully staff will listen more carefully. As I live 40 miles away it wasn't possible to return or exchange items. Aside from this all was well!š±š±š±š±š±
