Jul 11,2024I shop there with my daughter for her mobility scooters and any aids she needs. Her most recent purchase being a new wheelchair. They are always helpful and pleased to see us ,they make us feel welcome and always remember us. Any problems or service needed they are on the end of the phone. We do not even think of going anywhere else now.

Jul 08,2024I can highly recommend ’Mobile Mobility’, from my own personal experiences as a Customer for many years now. I’ve had about 4 Scooters, a Wheelchair, electric bed and other accessories too. My Father in Law also purchased his Scooter from there. I’ve never had any issues at all and if I’ve had any questions or needed anything checking or attending to, then Nicola and her family are always there to help and will do whatever is needed. My fathers first mobility scooter the advice and understanding through every aspect and Nicola even asking how he was getting on with his scooter when i later spoke to her. Nothing is too much trouble and so helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. After finding this family run business you are definitely an individual not a number to them Thank you all for your help.

Jun 20,2024Excellent service with our stairlift. I rang for an appointment, they came out the same day. They were very professional when they visited. Measured up, explained everything in detail and left us with a brochure. There was no pressure to order on the day. We decided to go ahead and they came the very next day and within an hour and half it was fitted. The whole process has been very easy and efficient, we wish we had ordered one sooner. We would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them in the future.

Jun 18,2024The team are very friendly . They have so much knowledge about their products . When you tell them your disability they know exactly what you need . You have multiple choices . They service your mobility scooters / power chairs yearly . If you have any problems with your power chair you ring them up and they’ll sort it out for you . They are a lovely family run business . They are always happy to help you . I’ve been using them about 7 years now .

Jun 17,2024When I purchased a new scooter from mobile mobility They made it so easy for me because my previous scooter was eight years old and they bought a new scooter to the house for me to look at? I decided to purchase the brand-new scooter and mobile mobility took the old scooter away and and they did all the paperwork regarding informing the DVLA plus my insurance company plus everything that was needed to transfer the new scooter officially into my name . As regarding the service, I could not fault them in any way at all. I was absolutely thrilled in the way all the work was done, I did not have to fill in any paperwork at all, so thank you so much. Jun 15,2024Nicola has always made us feel welcome and is ready to help you get the right scooter for you. she lets you try them on the car park and she and the family are always there to service the scooters. we always recommend them to others and was only talking to a couple today and told them to come to Nicola and family. i have been going there 10 years. go to the shop you won’t be disappointed. friendly family run company.
