Aug 12,2024We have been using Moncharm for a number of years and found them to be very professional both with their advise on fine wine investment opportunities and general management of our fine wine portfolio. We have always found our contact at Moncharm Nathan Wilson easy to deal with as indeed are their office staff particularly Sophie Rundle. More recently some of our investments have taken quite a long time to reach our bonded storage facility and required a bit of chasing for updates on expected delivery dates. So far our dealings with Moncharm have been in the main by way of purchasing wine and we have yet to look at selling which is something that we may need to consider now we are both well into our retirement years.

Aug 08,2024Having invested in wine with another company which did produce a good returns for some years but then went into liquidation which resulted in a significant loss, I was reluctant to consider further investment in this market. I was contacted by Moncharm and over a period of weeks/months I was impressed with their professionalism and transparency regarding storage facilities etc. I have since made an initial investment and have been pleased with the follow-up conversations and the valuation of the wine purchased. It is early days but all seems to be going in the right direction.

So far, I have made a range of investments, informed in great depth by Nathan whose knowledge is incredible. Moncharm provides a personal, friendly service with no pressure. In due course, I look forward to reaping the rewards of my investments and to investing further. WIthout the excellent support of Moncharm, I would be missing out on huge opportunities.

Decided at that time to tentatively move into wine with help and advice from moncharm. I have now built up a good portfolio of wine from many parts of the world and would like to take the opportunity to thank all at moncharm in achieving this with their helpful and friendly advice, and also in regular updates on the wine I have and what is on trend at present.

I have been dealing with the same Account Manager, Matthew, since the beginning, and he has been extremely informative, respectful, and insightful. So far I am more than satisfied with my investment, but the final proof will come when I decide to sell. Certainly no complaints.
