Feb 24,2023I made a request for holiday travel and the same day received a polite response with a quotation. This did not cover all our requirements so after a renewed request a further quotation arrived that was what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Their use of a website to follow quotations, etc is excellent.

Feb 19,2023I have dealt with Medialcare since August 2022. The team has been very supportive and accommodating to all inquiries and requests I have made so far. When my visa application was rejected Mondialcare kept my credit for one year and allowed me to use it for the same policy later without any extra charges. They have all my respect.

Au début, j'ai utilisé des entreprises américaines qui étaient beaucoup plus chères et le service n'était pas aussi bon. Lorsque j'ai acheté ma police MondialCare l'année dernière, tout s'est très bien passé. cette année, cependant, j'ai eu un problème avec ma carte de crédit, ce qui a nécessité de nombreux allers-retours pour essayer de le réparer. C'est réparé maintenant et je ne peux pas imaginer que les autres entreprises que j'ai utilisées dans le passé soient aussi utiles et tenaces. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise.
