I had a special request (I needed documents in a different language) and the person who helped me sent me the documents very quickly. They also thoroughly and promptly answered all my questions. To be noted that Mondialcare has a much better customer service than other traveling insurance companies. You really feel like the people want to help you find the right insurance for your individual situation. I appreciate that. (other companies made me feel like I was just a number and that they wanted to get as much money out of me as possible without caring if I had the correct insurance) The person who helped me this time was Maria Fainshtein, and I should say that everyone else I have spoken with or written to in 2023 and January 2024 has been great!

Jan 28,2024I have had to change the date of a schengen visa health insurance several times due to the visa taking a long time to be issued, Mondialcare changed the dates every time customer service excellent. The price for visa was cheaper than other insurance companies.

Dec 16,2023I buy an mondial insurance for my trips in Sud America. One of my flights was cancelled and they said my insurance cover only if a plane,train, bus is hijacked, not for all 99.99% other circumstances. Basically nothing is covered so don't bother to make one with them. And also they respond between 1-2 weeks and you can't speek with someone on the telephone, only via e-mail... I spent 50 euros for nothing

Dec 14,2023My mother couldn't breathe and had high infection level suddenly 4 days after arrival. Her oxygen levels dropped drastically, so all this was not a ' pre-existing ' condition and very critical to even wait for 1 day! Mondial rejected the claim saying waiting period is 7 days..does that even make sense? In an emergency situation? Wait till the patient dies? Is that the point? The policy was bought months before travel period began. This is an absolute scam. Not just that, the manager who responded was ludicrous and couldn't even understand the doctors report but had sarcasm drippy from his report! Pathetic company with horrible employees.

Dec 12,2023Had a minor dental issue while traveling in the EU, and had to go see a dentist. Paid out of pocket, and then submitted a claim online. Got reimbursed within a couple of weeks without any issues. Very good service

Je récommande leurs services à toute mes connaissances.
