Jan 30,2025****Updated**** I was trying to send transaction to another country and I was about to finish transaction, while pending I got message that my account was closed. I called customer service and asked what was the reason they closed my account but they did not provide any reason for it. I told them I am ready to provide any info to verify my account and transaction. They simply said "No" and bravely confirmed that I can no longer use their online service anymore. This is the worst thing I ever heard as a customer. I don't even have any clue why my account was closed suddenly. This is a trash company. Besides their service fees are much higher compared to fees of similar transaction companies. I don't recommed using Moneygram at all. Stay away at all costs! After leaving a review, Moneygram asked me to contact them again but nothing changed. They did not provide a reason for closing my account nor they did not allow me to reopen it. Very rude customer service

Jan 29,2025Wollte gerade Geld schicken ,das dringend benötigt wird. Habe mich leider auf MoneyGram verlassen. Keine Chance das Geld zu versenden. Riesen App Fehler Ihr sollt eure Bank eingeben,Es werden aber nur Zahlen angezeigt. So ein Mist habe ich noch nie gesehen Bei Western Union würde es sowas nicht geben. Habe den Fehler gefunden. Meine Bank ,die Postbank ist schon ewig da gespeichert. Aus mir unerklärlichen Gründen,wurde daraus jetzt Deutsche Bank. Somit könnte ich meine Zugangsdaten nicht eingeben Habe ich nie so gespeichert. So bleibt n ich restlos enttäuscht. Auch der Empfänger ist jetzt restlichen s enttäuscht von Money Gram. War heute unglaublich wichtig,und das Geld kann dadurch erst morgen abgeholt werden. Weiß echt nicht,wie so etwas von allein passieren kann

So please if you read this , make a change on how MoneyGram works and make MoneyGram branches so we don’t relay your on shops where they never have money to cash out!

Jan 25,2025Depuis une semaine j'ai essayé d'envoyer l'argent pour le maroc sur l'application MoneyGram, malheureusement a la fin un message affiche que je ne plus envoyer l'argent ni sur l'application ni sur place , faute problème de sécurité blablabla, il faut renouveler l'envoi dans qlq jours , pas sérieux du tout , au niveau de taux de change ,il propose un taux et puis a la fin un propose un autre plus faible que le premier.

No dan ninguna solución y lo único que dicen es que tengo q esperar 10 días o bien para que le llegue el dinero a mi beneficiario o para que me reembolsen el dinero. Por más que llamas o escribes por el chat solo dices q esperes a que te digan cualquier cosa por correo electrónico o que tu mismo llames al banco receptor que está en otro país. Pésimo servicio al cliente y pésimo trato al cliente

Je les ai appelé plusieurs fois, à chaque fois on me demande les mêmes informations supplémentaire, on me dit qu’ils vont escalader vers le département supérieur et que j’aurai une réponse dans 4jrs.. plus d’un mois d’attente mon argent est toujours bloqué

Jan 21,2025I sent my daughter £250 for Christmas on the 23rd of December 2024 when my daughter tried collecting her money they refused to give her the funds and said it’s now under investigation it’s now the 21st January 2025 we’re into our second investigation and they will still not refund my £250 and keep fobbing me off with different excuses I would strongly advise no1 to use this Company because there trying there very hardest to not refund my money SCAMMERS

Jan 17,2025J'ai fait un transfert france vers Madagascar Aucun frais affiché Le taux annoncé dans l'application est de 4876 et aucun frais Je valide la transaction je reçois un premier mail à 11h59 m'indiquant le transfert à 4876ar Puis un deuxième à 12h02 m'indiquant que le transfert est réussi à 4720ar Ce qui représente 3.3% de frais Malgré mes demandes insistante auprès du site je n'ai reçu que des mails réponses automatique A FUIRE CES VOLEURS
