Jan 12,2025The last I used MoneyGram I sent money to my friend for my Godson in Trinidad. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I wasn’t able to send money directly to her bank account. That was an inconvenience to her. It’s 2025, we need things to make our lives easier. Get rid of going to pick up money from a location where it’s not easily accessible.

Jan 12,2025It’s nice that you offer good rates compared to Western Union. Sad that there’s not many MoneyGram locations available at the receiving location. MoneyGram also needs to offer discounts to regular customers for sending money since you hiked your fees.

Jan 12,2025I sent money to the UAE. The receiver was asked for a copy of my passport or ID (the sender) to prove they knew me (the sender). Your agents think they can make up their own policies! Totally unacceptable.
