James was SO helpful from start to finish . He dealt with everything really quickly and professionally making the whole process as smooth as possible. Apr 16,2019James Berry was a pleasure to work with. I had a peculiarly complex set of requirements and had dealt with a few brokers who hadn’t been particularly helpful. When we had a chat with James & laid out what we required he was able to get us an AIP instantly. From there to offering on a house and then having the mortgage approved (as well as liaising with the solicitors) there were no problems whatsoever and James continued to keep us updated. I never thought buying a house would be so easy! Highly recommend.

Apr 16,2019James arranged our first mortgage for us. Refreshingly up front, genuine and honest! Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to walk us through every step and clearly explained the different options available to us. No such thing as a stupid question with James and he made us feel very comfortable and was always available to answer any queries. Plain sailing start to finish and took all the stress and hassle out of the process giving us the time to focus on the various other aspects of buying our first house. Would recommend James in a heartbeat and look forward to working with him again when the time comes.

They are professional and super friendly and I always felt like everyone who I spoke to had time for me and my millions of questions. I am the type of person who likes to fully understand the process of something like this and Chloe was always there to answer any questions without making us feel silly, even when it was outside of her remit she would find us an answer. We were looked after from the start to the end and it made the process so beautifully seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

She is always on the phone or messenger and along with Tammy kept me in the loop answered all my questions, chased the lender and solicitor and kept me informed, up to date and most of all kept me calm! .
