We were first time buyers and buying in a scary time but with Laz's help applying for a mortgage was stress free. Lynnes help was much appreciated too with quick replies with any question or queries we had. 100% would recommend and when it comes to remortgaging. We won’t hesitate to use laz again

Oct 12,2022We were very lucky to be guided through our move process by the wonderful Josh Statham at Moneysprite. We were put in touch with Josh by the agent we were buying from as part of their checks before accepting their bids - we were reluctant at first to speak to an advisor having just gone straight to a bank for our previous move over 10 years ago. However any apprehensive went straight out the window, we immediately felt at ease talking to Josh and were happy for him to look at other mortgage options for us and find the best deal. No question was too small or too silly for Josh, he was patient and helpful throughout the whole move process, sorting out both mortgage and life insurance for us but much more than that he guided as through the move process. He was even offering to help chase things through when it was stalling near the end. And as an added bonus his brilliant service didn't cost us a penny, working on a commission basis.

We were appointed Katrina from the Upham Office last year, she found us a 5 year fixed mortgage just before the interest went up which we were most thankful for! Katrina didn’t just stop at the 5 year fixed rate, she gave us several different options fully explained in emails with all the facts & figures enabling us to make an informed choice. No sales pressure just facts. Katrina also contacted the lender on our behalf to help move things along when necessary.

He was very quick to get back to us and he maintained a very high level of professionalism and support as we went through the re mortgaging and purchase process. It was a long journey , but Jack was always available and ready to answer all questions put before him. As i send this , we never met Jack face to face , but he was always honest and trustworthy. Sep 28,2022Anyone who has ever been to view a house that is for sale will be familiar with the estate agent trying desperately to get you to speak to their mortgage advisor, even if you tell them you already have one. Earlier this year, my wife and I were looking to buy our first home and we experienced this. A lot. In fact, I spoke to four mortgage advisors in those early stages. I was keen to get as much of an overview on my borrowing potential as I could, so I went along with it. Of the four that I spoke with, Josh Statham at Moneysprite stood out immediately as the best of the bunch. Right from our first phone call, he took great time and care to learn every important detail that would allow him to find the very best deal for us, and so of the four he was the one with whom I chose to do business. This decision is probably one of the very best that I've taken in my life. Josh was always on hand to help me with any query or problem that I had. I never just went to his voicemail when I called, and if I ever emailed him I'd get a response promptly. The thing that I valued most about my experience with Josh is that I always felt like I was his most important client at any time, which is not to say that I was of course, but the fact that he always made me feel like this is an absolute testament to his professionalism and the care that he has for his clients. We have recently completed on our first house and I genuinely don't think we would have gotten here without Josh. I would not recommend any of the other advisors who I spoke with in those early days, but I would gladly sing from the rooftops about Josh if anyone asked me for a recommendation. If you're reading this because you are looking for a mortgage advisor, stop your search now and get in touch with Josh, you will not regret it.

Not only did Josh tirelessly assist me with all aspects of my current mortgage, new mortgage and insurance, he also went over and above to help try and get what was an incredibly challenging and lengthy chain with tight windows moving along swiftly when things started to go pear-shaped. Josh was always available to chat about all financial aspects of the move and advised on the best approaches, even when the situation was evolving. Highly recommended with literally no negatives to report whatsoever!
