Jul 04,2017I dealt with Lee Deakin throughout the process of my mortgage application and he was professional, approachable and reliable from start to finish. Lee offers a very personalized service and nothing is too much trouble. He was accessible at all times and never once missed a call from me - even on weekends. Being a first time buyer myself, he offered a lot of support and guidance for my partner and I meaning we could rest easily knowing that our application was at all times in the hands of someone we could trust to do a good job. He is a testament to the business and the profession in general and I would highly recommend his services to anyone! Thanks again Lee!

She understood with four children and a shift working husband appointments would tricky but she helped us by coming out to our home. Not only did she help us with a mortgage but she coached me through the ups and downs of buying our first house and turned into my go to for reassurance. Jul 04,2017We had the great pleasure of dealing with Liz Obee from Moneysprite, we had previously seen an in house mortgage advisor from a large chain of estate agents and left the first meeting feeling slightly more confused than when we went in, a friend recommend Liz and told me to trust his judgement, needless to say we left our first meeting with Liz with a clear directive and a plan of exactly what we needed to do next, it also helped that the mortgage deal offered by Moneysprite was £89 a month cheaper, we called Liz a lot over the coming weeks and not once did we feel she did not have time for us. Jun 30,2017after being quoted £360 for mortgage advice we were really happy when an estate agent recommended Darren Slaney Hutchins from Moneysprite who charge NO fees. He was very thorough getting all the information he might need depending on the lender so once we gave the nod he was ready to go. There are so many offers that it was nice to have someone explain the differences (honestly) and in the comfort of your own home - rather than on the phone to a call centre. We never felt pressured into buying other products - just the ones we wanted - and we got the deals we wanted. Will definitely recommend and use him again when our rate is up for renewal.
