Feb 05,2025The guitar maintenance department always has a huge backlog and can't accept new jobs. Twice ive been to drop my gutars and been sent away with my guitars they won't even accept them into the backlog. I don't know why they don't hire more people it's a constant issue and really frustrating.

Dec 04,2024I was skeptical at first as I was looking for a specific product (Neural DSP Quad Cortex) which is out of stock most places at the time. Mooloolaba was one of the only online shops selling them but I had never heard of Mooloolaba before. I called the customer service number to double check it's legitimacy, I was pleasantly greeted by the salesperson, they reassured me that there were 6 in stock and if I ordered that day it would be sent out the same day. They made good on this promise and I received it within 3 business days even though I live in Western Australia. Highly Reccommend.

Nov 30,2024Would have saved $10 on the marked down Roland cube amp if I went to billy Hyde, I think they should research other music stores prices and try and match them in advance. The guy took forever on the computer to do what ever he was doing... I was standing around for a very long time waiting. Once that was sorted my online order was ready quickly.
