Jul 24,2024I have wired $20,000 into Moomoo on July 17, 2024. The sending institution advised the funds should be at Moomoo with 1-2 hours same day. Now a week later (July 23rd), Moomoo is still now showing my $20000! I have called a number of times to the Customer Services (in China), and all they say is they are looking into it, but no follow-ups, and no one responded my online inquiry, either. BE CAREFUL with your MONEY!

Jul 19,2024I don’t really understand what’s with the review here? Someone say its racially discriminating because apparently moomoo staff said that he’s from a high risk country.. do you not know whats an FATF List? Country like Russia or Myanmar for example that is having an issue wouldn’t be able to open a global investing account.. Vietnam, Philippine is also a high risk country. They’re not racist, you just don’t read enough. And people are talking about getting margin call liquidation or even apparently “someone” make them invest more.. uh even moomoo is a “one stop trading platform” they say.. they’re not a wealth or financial advisor where they take a huge cut from your investment.. A-book broker doesn’t make money from your losses like etorro which is a B-book broker. The apps too complex? How is it bad when you have all the feature that helps you and saves a lot of time.. I’m not sure if i’m biased cause i did 2 weeks of research and been with moomoo for 1 year but the review doesn’t make sense.. All these newbie in the capital market talking about this and that when they dont even understand how the system works.. Let alone paying $20 extra for trading view or even paying extra for bloomberg business.. you can skip paying for subscription for your daily investing with moomoo. What a bunch of Joke reviews.. By far my opinion for the two best broker would be IBKR and Moomoo.. IBKR for its long standing reputation and Moomoo feature stays on top

Jul 15,2024Just signed up and send $ as a test and now i try and login a learn you cannot login via their website but need to download the app onto the laptop which i cannot do. So now i need to cancel and it will take a long time to get my money back. I absolutely will not trade on my phone, hard rule. So their inflexibility is not for me. Useless product.

Jun 03,2024Haven't had any issues with deposits or withdraws, their trading platform is great and modern, doesn't feel like a early 2000s interface. I wish they would offer cash accounts and not just margin though.

May 24,2024They will hold deposits and force you into a margin call. After that they will liquidate your account to cover margin. After the liquidation, your deposit will be completed, only after they basically steal from you. They are cons and are not to be trusted, there are other opportunities out there like infinitymetrix, that may offer a more suitable environment

May 21,2024They totally put you in the trap, first they assign investment expert to you, as you follow their footsteps put money invested, several times they let you get 10% interest earned they ask you to sell the stock, until they get the trust from you, they started ask you invest more money as you can, I trust them and put the maximum amount… things is happen, they suddenly let the stock price drop down, I totally lose all the money. Share this experience for you.Definitely SCAMMERS!

Apr 27,2024I recently joined Moomoo and money for a promotion they had running to receive partial stock shares just for joining and depositing. After 3 weeks and multiple contacts to a rude staff... I never received any shares. The account will be closed.

Apr 13,2024Worst brokerage ever. I had issues opening an account since I made a typo in my address which is a simple thing to correct. I thought everything was fine and haven't noticed I send funds to this semi opened account. The funds are stuck in limbo and will likely be written off. I contacted their CS multiple times. Got various answers like they will fix this, restart and do another account, or simply call us tomorrow we will try to fix it and open your account for you. Nothing is working so far and I tried opening another account since the first one is not working and impossible to close apparently. They are clueless and will cold call you on a weekly basis if you'd like to fund your account. I would if I could but I lost hope at this point. The app looks good but that's it I would not be confident storing $$$$ there when they simply cannot resolve a super simple account opening issue after 6 weeks.

Apr 04,2024It is not trustworthy. I just started investing with MOOMOO US. But they have a pathetic system for fund withdrawal. I have tried so many times for fund withdrawal. Even after all verification, which was successful as per the system still refused to withdraw funds...simply saying irrelevant reasons Are they cheating with investors' funds?

Apr 03,2024Still waiting for dividends to show up. Dividend payment date was several days ago and still hasn’t shown up in my moomoo account. Moomoo is probably holding the money to make money on the interest.

Mar 31,2024They false adertise often. Their policies are not properly listed. The customer service is not helpful. They just copy the policies and dont actually engage in your inquiry. There is no management team. No one contacts you back. The app interface is also so shotty and very overwhelming.

Mar 21,2024The trading with MOOMOO went smoothly. When tried to withdraw funds... The fund withdrawal process with MOOMOO was unexpectedly complicated and resulted in a failed transaction, despite completing the procedure correctly. I lost trust in MOOMOO.
