The help button should be on the main page, but I can't find it anywhere. I decided to look on YT which always provides tutorials on almost everything about trading but not anything about FOREX OR CRYPTO on MOOPOO

I recently tried a much different place “Ässets Plûs” and their reliability is so satisfying so far, good returns and their customer service team is top-notch

Oct 27,2023DO NOT USE!!!! Moomoo claims they surrendered ALL of my funds to the state. When I contacted my state, they had nothing unclaimed. They didnt contact me, nothing! They lied about contacting me and blocked my account from being able to withdraw DO NOT USE!!!

Oct 07,2023The most unpleasant experience that I ever encountered with MOOMOO. The account manager messaged me instantly after my application submission and informed me they’ve applied $20 cash back promo for me. INITIALLY they told me as long I deposited $100 I can get the cash back and it only lasts for 2 days. Afterwards, the account manager informed me it comes with condition which means I’ve to deposit $100 and perform 1 buy trade , maintain S$100 assets for 10 days to get $20 cash back. It seems like they can flip what they said easily which is not reliable as simple as that. Who knows what will happen one day if everyone gets onboard just like TD.

Aug 25,2023KYC . I submitted KYC documents verifying the correct address as required but repeatedly did not accept them. The account opening procedure is complicated. Support staff could not be reached. Poor customer support. So I asked to cancel my account. And the account cancellation procedure is also troublesome. i just wanted to delete all my info at Moomoo.

Jul 11,2023Moomoo alot of fraud. At 1st it say free for life, after 2years it charged $1 per trade without informing you. And after that you cannot set a sell price above 40% of the current stock price which is stupid, means we must watch the stock all the time. If we use the price notification, sometime it will not work at all. What worst is some of the stock you set sell price, they automatic secretly sold half of your position without informing you at the end of the day with the current market price. It super cheating. I experience 4times at a lost and not dare to set sell price anymore. I informed 3 of their different agent, they just act blur and say i edit the price and sold my own. After that i keep complain they just say someone will get back to me and it took 3months and the most funny thing is when that person get back to me, link me back to the agent tell them what happen. Ping pong ball without solution.

May 30,2023Moomoo will hold deposits and force you into a margin call. They then liquidate your account to cover margin. After liquidation, your deposit will suddenly be completed, only after they basically steal your stocks. They are thieves and are not to be trusted.

Apr 22,2023Just opened an account following a link on your be that states one gets free STOCKS.. before i deposit any money (thank God .,) i wanted to the st their customer support,it's non existent, only a chat with a chat bot not a real human, that's scarry. So if that's the start it's not good. Chat bot said was human but responses were automatically all the time and unable to explain, the free STOCKS are not there , you just enter some draw which is a type of lottery if you get lucky you might get some again the chat bot you replied automatic non definite answers when I asked how this works. I find it preposterous and client abussive that they just take your money but give you zero support.. i use other platforms where I can actually talk to a real human as it should be.

Dec 08,2022Moomo was not a good experience, after I opened an account with them 2 days ago I tried to link my bank(SSFCU) to them, but it didn't let me!! I've been using my bank with 3 other brokers for years no problems. There's no live chat, only email, text or phone calls on their support end!! After calling and texting and emailing them several times, they said their system don't work with my bank and I should wire them the money!! Too complicated for me so I decided to shut down my account and that took a long time on the phone, as well!! I do not recommend broker.

Jun 01,2022Moomoo has given me the worst user experience so far as a brokerage platform. The website provided no way to get any customer help; the investment platform is an automatic margin account setup, which is geared towards borrowing money from the platform to maximize its profit and converting all investment activities into short term trading, increasing investment risks for its customers; Moomoo failed to keep its promise to pay such as rewards or signing bonus, only after you decided to close account to leave; and so far moomoo still failed to pay interview credit after one and a half months have passed (suppose to pay in the next 5-10 business days after interview).

Dec 04,2023Been using moomoo for almost a year now, i would say they have the best UX/UI you can find for aussie and us stocks of all australi exchange right now! Simple to use+ the AI analysis features ans trading fees are definitely worth to give it a go! Most importantly, it provides lots of education and tools for beginners!
