Jan 13,2023Emma came out of the blue just when I was about to enter a period of being unemployed. Talk about great timing! She recruited me into a senior role and had faith in my abilities to secure the new job. Her guidance, pep talks, communications and overall excellent candidate management before, during and after the hiring process was amazing. 7 months into my role with the amazing organisation I work for and we still keep in touch to keep each other updated in how things are going. Nothing is too much for Emma. Sheâs always there to help. A credit to Morgan Hunt and the gold standard of someone in the recruiting business. I canât recommend her enough!

His dedication to his job and his genuine intention to help me find a job was very clear throughout the process. He has assisted me in securing a job and has also supported others I referred. He is truly an asset and an excellent representation of the organisation. He also continued to check up on me and the others on my team afterwards to support us with settling in.

Dec 21,2022Last year I had worked for other agencies but felt I had no support and had promises of finding jobs I decided to go back with Morgan hunt. I found that recruiters especially Millain Roberts placed me in better jobs due from my skillset rather then selecting me to go for anything. Apart from certain hiccups with payroll ie not receiving my pay ( last year ) ie which been resolved . Moving forward I have good professional relationship with Millain, he has been transparent and open and has given me feedback about relevant roles coming up via phone or text .I updated me on future roles coming up

Dec 16,2022I write this review with a heavy heart. Morgan Hunt was my preferred agency as a client for staffing and myself; they were one of the better agency. The service now is appalling (and this pertains to aftercare) as they did not respond to emails nor can you speak to anyone or department including payroll! The phone is answered but is automated and no one returns your call. I have tried calling numerous times including leaving messages for a callback for the past several months. No one gets back to you. I believe they have outsourced their phone service as someone did answer my call today. The person didnât introduce themself and I had to ask if Iâd called MH. They stated they worked for MH and they (MH) do answer the phone; my call was eventually transferred to the required department, only for the call to be disconnected. When I call back, it was the usual scenario of the automated service. I would like to know, how do I resolve payment issues if no one answers?? A year ago, I would highly recommend Morgan Hunt and as stated, they were my preferred supplier and for personal use. Today I wouldnavoid at all cost. They have gotten rid of some excellent consultants over a year ago and there had been a direct correlation in the decline in service. I would like to highlight Senior Consultant Joseph OâDea as a lost asset.

Cheyne took time out for me to help me with interview prep and anyone that gets in touch with her will get to know she is exceptional at what she does. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a role to use Morgan Hunt's services for a smooth and rewarding recruitment process.

Dec 04,2022I sent my CV off to Morgan Hunt and within 24 hours I had a call from Nicole at the Birmingham Branch offering me a job that suited what I was looking for so I started the next day, the morning I was due to start she messaged me to ask if everything was OK and at the end of the day she messaged again to ask how it went, this is the first time I have been with an Agency and I would recommend them, Nicole has been so helpful during the time I have been with them, even dealt with a few problems I had during her time off and at weekends! She really is a credit to the company.

Oct 21,2022Got hacked for all my personal data. By their admission: "We have identified evidence that data copied from our systems includes some information relating to you. We confirm that the information we hold related to you included:- ⢠Your name and contact details; ⢠Identity document/Proof of address document (including any bank or building society statement provided); ⢠Your national insurance number and date of birth." And their remediation to this error on their part is with me to look out for any identity fraud. No support, no software to clean up this mess!

Oct 13,2022Dealt with Joshua Robinson, a spectacular consultant working at Morgan Hunt - a likable and reliable gentleman, who went above and beyond when trying to find me a work placement. Managed to find and set up interviews with 3 different companies within 2 weeks, as well as arranging meetings between myself and him to prepare for said interviews. While our correspondence did not result in a placement set up by him, i found it a genuine pleasure working with him. Will definitely be suggesting him to any others within my industry that I may meet, and if need be, will be dealing with him again in future!

Sep 01,2022I contacted Morgan Hunt to help me find a new job, after leaving my old job after 17 years , as it was time for a change and take that leap of faith. Hasret is the most amazing person I have dealt with. She found me a new job within a week and answered any questions I had , she is so easy to talk to and helped me put my nerves at ease when it came to my interview day. She also checks up on me from time to time to make sure that I'm alright. I wish there were more people like her working within recruitment as you don't often meet someone who is kind and caring like her.

Jul 15,2022Got a job through this agency and honestly I have never experienced such an incompetent team of individuals. They lack communication skills and left me fighting my last week pay alone in which I was completely robbed of my wage that week. I do not recommend working with Morgan hunt if you want even a satisfactory support system and working life.

Apr 30,2022AGEISM. After my interview, the announcement to the job that I applied for was appended on their site with new requirements that implicitly favoured younger recruits with no added value. Yet, the announcement was left unchanged on the FE college page, which proves that the newly appended requirement by Morgan Hunt had no added value to the post. AMBUSH-INTERVIEWING. I was asked for an online conference with one recruiter, to check my papers. The recruiter made no mention of her intention to interview me. Once the conference started, I found myself being âambush-interviewedâ by two recruiters about my experience! No document check took place during the conference. INCOMPETENCE. During the âambushâ interview, the two recruiters failed to ask insightful questions, so I made sure to address the key selection criteria.
