Everything was very well explained and all aspects of the vehicle and the sale were covered. And Morgan certainly knows everything about Honda CRV models.

Oct 03,2024Excellent service from Morgan Cars of Warrenpoint. I had a part exchange which I took to them from mainland UK and did the deal there and then to drive away in my new car last month! Paul was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process and even afterwards when I had some registration queries. First class and credit where it is due.

Apr 30,2024Purchased a CRV off Morgan Motor last week,Morgan made it so easy no pressure to buy, he knows Honda cars backwards , lots of information on how best look after the CRV and best oil etc to use, the CRV looked great when we went to collect it , valet , service , 6 months warranty , if you are looking for a CRV take my advice make an appointment to view the many CRV's

Mar 28,2024After owning two CRV s over 16 years we had a change to a different make of car. After just a year we could stand it no longer ! Luckily for us we found Morgan’s Motors near Henley in Arden and we are now the lucky owners of lovely shiny black CRV . Morgan and his team are amazing and Vicki and I highly recommend them. Mar 21,2024My daughter bought a 'used' Honda CRV about 4 months ago. Power steering pipe had a leak, Morgan had his mechanics renew the pipe and fluid, also renewed oil in rear axle. First class service and even loaned my daughter a car whilst hers was being worked on. Can't thank Morgan and his staff enough, 5 Star Rating. Excellent.

Apr 14,2023Honda Jazz A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! We recently bought a Honda Jazz from Morgan and what a great experience it was. From the first phone call Morgan was extremely helpful and informative, answering any questions and concerns we had. After looking for some time we came across Morgans which was a breath of fresh air after dealing with many other untrustworthy car dealers. Purchasing a new car should an exciting experience that comes without worry or concern and Morgan offers this in spades. We were shown the car in full and Morgan explained all of the work that had been done to the car which included new Brake Calliper's, Brake pads, new battery, CVT gearbox oil change, service, MOT, and new number plates.. The car had been presented to its best ability having gone through a full Valet. We were given plenty of time to take the car for a test drive and didn't feel rushed in anyway. We came away with confidence and the car is a dream to drive. We will be going back when the car requires a service and look forward to dealing with Morgan in the future. If you want to buy with confidence and complete peace of mind, we would highly recommend .

Nov 12,2022I brought a Honda Jazz from Morgan and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. He gave a quick response to our enquiry and given an appointment without taking any charges. He kept me updated through the Whatsapp about the car. He came to pick us from a near point. After we got there, he explained every thing about the car and we went for a test drive through the beautiful place. His support and advice are great. He has provided the car in good quality. He changed the oil, oil filter, air filter. pollen filter and given a new set of registration plate and MOT. Morgan and his team are highly professional, friendly and most of all he is a honest person. I highly recommend Morgan's Motor for any one who looks for Honda cars. Thank you Morgan and his team.

Nov 19,2021Recently bought a Honda Civic from Morgans and the service from him and the team was outstanding. Morgan's communication was amazing. He really goes to extra mile to make it the best and easiest experience possible. I even received a video of the car once it was valeted and ready, which I really liked. When arriving I was met with a very warm and friendly welcome, Morgan introduced me to the team, Ben and James, and I was offered a tea or coffee. Morgan went into extensive details about the car, covering every aspect I could possibly think of, I love how open and honest he was. They even put the car on the ramp to show me the underneath. I just cannot fault my experience with Morgan and his team. I will definitely be returning in a years time for a Services and MOT. Very Professional, Friendly and Great Communication, 100% recommend.

Dec 22,2020Have just purchased a Honda Jazz from Morgan as a first car for our daughter. From the first phone call to picking the car up we received great service from Morgan who is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate for this great business he runs. Even when we had a small problem a couple of days after collecting the car (engine management light on dash) Morgan didn't hesitate in having the car back in to check and diagnose the problem. He did the computer diagnosis in front of me, found the issue, got parts ordered and fitted the very next day. Would 100% recommend this dealer , very open and honest approach and all of this was on a 14 year old car costing less than £2000. Would definitely use Morgan again without any hesitation.

Having had some previous experience of buying cars from dealers who were very good and theirs cars were as stated, I can honestly say that Morgan is excellent ! He is a level above the best used car dealers that I have had the good fortune to have found. he is honest, open, helpful and very passionate about his trade. His standards are excellent regarding all aspects of selling you a car, he totally understands the I issues that one can have when purchasing a car and makes you feel at ease. I also found Morgan to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I’d feel confident about buying another car from Morgan, he looks after his customers and he genuinely cares about giving value for money, there are no short cuts with Morgan, he will endeavour to help you and he really is a nice guy to do business with. Jan 22,2020Absolutely amazing. Went to buy a new car of course and was so happy with everything. Customer service was great. Booked in to look at the car I saw advertised and worked around times that suited me so I wouldn't have to try and get time off work. Showed up and the car was all valeted and looking great. He let us look around the car whilst he made us teas. Then gave us a full tour of the car showing the engine, boot size, any defects to the car (scratches, dents and such) but the car was immaculate. Let me go for a test drive in it to see how it drove. Then we asked questions. He knew the answers we needed and on a couoem that he wasnt sure on (such as condition of cam belt/ cam chain) he found out for us easy enough. Then booked to get go pick it up. We got to pick it up the next week and he had it re valeted, serviced and a new years mot put on (no advisories at all!) He also threw in a y month warranty. Overall probably the best experience of buying a car highly HIGHLY recommend.

May 04,2019We turned up out of the blue last week to look at the car, not realising we should have made an appointment. Morgan was an absolute gent and even though he was dealing with another satisfied customer, he made us a hot drink and made us welcome. He was not pushy and not like a salesman at all. He was due to go home but showed us the car and took us for a test drive. After sorting out a deposit and booking the car in for a service we left, certain we had made the right decision. Today we collected the car. It was ready for us, beautifully valeted and looking brand spanking new. Morgan left us to look around the car whilst he was busy (with another coffee). Sorted out the paperwork and off we went. Morgan is a lovely person and pleasure to do business with. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will deal with him again in the future without hesitation.

From our initial enquiry through to driving the car away he went out of his way to ensure that he understood what my daughter wanted/needed and gave her lots of really helpful and objective guidance which I’m sure will stand her in good stead for future purchases. At no point did he try to ‘sell’ her a car, but instead focussed on providing honest, friendly customer service at a level that I’ve not experienced for some years. This made the decision to buy from Morgan very easy - so much so that he’s now looking for a car for my other daughter.

Down to earth, honest, a true gent and extremely knowledgable about everything to do with cars. Morgan was on hand to take me through every step of my purchase, from test drive to handing the keys over, I felt like I was a VIP customer and nothing was too much trouble. Jan 26,2025Morgan's attention to detail, his workmanship and his knowledge is first class. My Patrol needed some major work and when I went to collect it, I lifted the bonnet and knew straight away that the work had been done right. The engine and bay was like that of a new car. There was some issues with the Patrol at first, which was due to the rebuild of the fuel pump now delivering the correct dosage and the build-up of carbon on the inner of the cylinder head and piston top, burning off. After running the wagon for a few days, it was performing perfectly and Morgan was there all the way. I need to get some repairs to the chassis and I'll be in touch with Morgan to arrange a date.
