She combines excellent financial knowledge with a friendly and caring approach, which made her an excellent financial advisor. We were able to secure a really competitive mortgage as a result of Kate's advice. She was also on hand to advise us r.e. insurance products (life & critical illness cover). Our house purchase dragged out over several months, and she was there every step to advise / help chase the bank / or just offer moral support! Nothing was ever too much and we are so grateful for all her help. We can't thank you enough Kate, you've been an absolute star!!!!!

With being a first time buyer and having multiple sources of income, I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest application to come across, but he was there to answer any question I may have had, emails early morning, Sunday mornings and bank holidays! Links 4 Mortgages and Ben would be the first port of call for any house purchase in the future.

Our mortgage wasn’t the most simple of cases and James took the time to work through his calculations and explain the best option for us to move forwards in a way that was simple and easy to understand. 5 stars, would give more if I could.
