May 08,2024I have now had 2 courses overt he past 6 months with Tosin Ogunnusi and Mpowerment, focusing on motivation of my team, leadership and personal development. He has an incredible ability to talk about the elephants in the room, to get me to own my own issues, to break my issues down into bite sized chunks and then to develop a strategy of how to change my situation in order to maximize both my own and my teams true potential. He is an incredible motivational speaker with a wealth of knowledge and experience, I was on a course with 50 other professional business owners and he had us all totally focused on what we need to do to succeed. 5 Stars each and every occasion.
