Answered all questions promptly; were always ready to accommodate revisions to schedule; and really showed their mettle when a glitch from their supplier came to light on fitting day - Amy moved heaven and earth to ensure that the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Utterly impressive. They've now got two eternally grateful customers.

Aug 22,2023Great service from start to finish from Amy, she was super helpful and informative… making the decision so much harder :) communicated constantly regarding install and even with a slight hiccup, the installation guys fixed it and ensured they were still installed as planned, along with great aftercare advice. Jul 19,2023The personal approach of this company drew us in right from the start. Though they didn’t have the granite in stock that we had our eye on, they sourced what we required and delivered us a fab job. The extra care taken to match our utility room was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Jul 06,2023First time using Mr Granite, won't be the last, great comms, managed to give me choices and estimates over the phone and emails, could have gone into store to pick the stone, but I was happy to pick from photos and videos. Once I decided which product I wanted they were out within a week to template up, and then back a week later to fit. Mitre joints are spot on, a real centre piece for the house. Lads were great, easy going but professional and knew their stuff. Really happy with the experience, family run and competitive on price.

We had a few questions and she always got back to us very quickly. Really impressed with the worktops we chose, great quality and fabulous fitting. The owners make a fab team ! Would recommend to family and friends!

Mar 01,2023What an excellent company to work with! Amy was fantastic and very experienced and helped us to choose our granite worktop and island. The price we paid was a lot less than we were expecting and there was no push for us to pay anymore, actually Amy steered us away from more expensive tops as would not go with new extension! The fitters were 1st class and done a wonderful job. From start to finish it was less that 3 weeks as this was the date that I asked for. 100% highly recommend Mr Granite! 😃😃😃

Feb 17,2023After problems with another supplier we found MR granite and the service from start to finish was incredible Amy helped us find the perfect piece of granite and Scott and his team templated and fitted quickly and efficiently. Communication was great all the way through friendly polite and informative at every step. We are delighted with our new worktops and can’t recommend MR granite enough I will be using them for any projects In the future.

Feb 16,2023I was very pleased to find Mr Granite and see large pieces of worktop rather than the small samples at my kitchen supplier. Amy was super friendly and helped me pick out a worktop to suit my plans and budget. Templating went well last week, and it was fitted today ( to the amazement of my plumber who said I'd be waiting at least three weeks!) I am absolutely delighted with the worktop and windowsill, it's perfect. Scott and his mate who's name I didn't get were friendly and very tidy workers. Thank you.

Feb 15,2023I went to the showroom and site of manufacture. Amy bless her helped us choose the correct worktop to what we had in mind. Once we chose our worktop and went away, a few hiccups which couldn't be avoided happened, but Amy didn't shy away to resolve any issues, not only did she put her customer first in the buying to install journey, she added value to the whole projects, kept promises and went beyond expectations. Scott and Bodie came to install, they did a fantastic job to finish on time to complete our dream. Best customer service experience in all my years. Scott Bodie snd Amanda all deserve a kudos J. Nov 14,2023From going to the shop, to fitting, cannot fault anything. Everyone helpful, the finished product is just amazing. Never thought it would look so grand, everybody that comes just says wow, including my 5yr old grandson.Thankyou would recommend you to anyone.
