Apr 23,2020I have been an employee with Mrs buckét for 3 years and have to say I love my job. Whenever there is a problem it gets sorted out straight away and my manager is always on the end of the phone. The site I work on are happy and never complain at all. A fab company to work for and can help whenever they can.

Apr 03,2020Poor standard of cleaning , turnover of staff must be huge as it’s a different person on the job each time ! And the price they charge is absolutely horrific for a sub standard service !

Oct 31,2018Avoid, avoid. They damaged my kitchen cupboard then refused to do anything. I had to contact trading standards for assistance. The cleaning company were very rude to me and about my house. The manager arranged to visit my home to check the damage then at the last minute cancelled. He wrote me a rude letter trying to get out of paying for the repair. It wasn’t even expensive but it was the principal to me. How they offered no help to fix it. It is a 7 ft sliding cupboard full of jars which broke. I was left to clean up a huge mess. The company were very personal, and even complaining about how much they had to clean. They only had 1 bed and kitchen etc to clean. So unprofessional I thought cleaning is their job. They want only very light cleaning. They refused to come out to me after they damaged my property then charged me. Eventually after a year they paid up for the damaged cupboard after many letters to them. During this time they were very rude to me within these letters. Most unprofessional company I have come across. I regret having them in my home. By the way they don’t like pets. They react with disgust if you have them. They move so much around you need to look for it. But most of all they run an unprofessional business.

May 09,2017Professional and punctual. Used them many times to clean my house as I work too much. They had a key, let themselves in, were great with my dogs and most importantly cleaned well. Each week as well as doing the standard clean they would do a special item such as pulling out all of the cupboards to clean behind or deep clean the fridge. I've used other agencies and they do not measure up.

Nov 14,2016Company looks professional, charged before to secure booking, turned up on the dot with a group of people and the cleaning gear, so I thought "good choice". Discussed what needed doing - basically completely clean an empty flat (apart from carpets) to hand back to landlord - and then left since I had to go to work, and asked them to close door behind them. I was told the job would take around 3 hours, my wife came to check after 1.5 hours, the team had left, but in many places, especially in the kitchen and at the windows cleaning was substandard, e.g. drawers still felt sticky. Had to call the company and one person was sent back, who had to spend nearly a further 2 hours to clean to an acceptable standard. I would have thought that it should not be necessary to have to supervise a professional team to clean to required standards. Final result was then ok, but I had to leave work to make sure it is done properly.

Apr 13,2016I have seen this name on the various vehicles driving around the area plus the company have won a number of local awards. However this will no longer encourage me to consider their services after a terrifying encounter yesterday evening with two of their vans. Driving along the A48 after sunset and turning off to head towards Cardiff Docks I was horrified to see a pair of vehicle headlights head towards the rear of my car at such speed I was quite convinced there was going to be a collision. Thankfully the anticipated collision did not happen and instead the headlights overtook me at some speed, followed by a second vehicle which was also hurtling along the tarmac with equal abandon. Both vans appeared to be racing each other and were branded with the Mrs. Bucket logo. On the basis of their irresponsible and dangerous behaviour I shall not be considering Mrs. Bucket for any cleaning services.
