Aug 30,2024Impossible to talk to customer service!! Ordered an important item (shower door hinge replacement as mine broke so showering has been a challenge) and was struggling to order the right one on their website. After I placed the order I was worried the wrong part went through and wanted to see the order confirmation to check. It never came through. I emailed them to ask about it. No response. I only got emails about the item being on its way. Now the item I received was indeed not the one I needed and I emailed them again to try and organise it to be returned and to get the right one and again NO ANSWER!! its the email on the paper they sent through as well. I’m currently traveling and don’t have the rime to try their number so my issue keeps getting extended. (my housemate sent through a photo of the wrong piece for me.)

I have been searching for many years for a replacement in the USA with no success until I contacted Mr. Windows.
