Dec 08,2020My order arrived within a couple of days, beautifully wrapped in tissue paper inside the postal bag, There was also a lovely ‘Thank you’ note and a little pack of sweeties! All of these personal touches make you feel valued as a customer and the jumper itself is gorgeous

Dec 08,2020Made an order on 3rd November 2020 which was received fine. Ordered the same item as I liked it so much on the 10th November and my dashboard says the item has been shipped but no courier company mentioned. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls to Mulberry Moon to see what the status of my delivery is but received no response. I understand that we have been in lockdown but it wouldn’t hurt just to provide me with an update. If the product is not available please let me know as I am concerned that the item has been lost. Customer service appalling.

Dec 07,2020I have been coveting these for a long time and only just plucked up the nerve to spend the money. It's to mark, and remind me, of my forthcoming novel which involves dogs and aeroplanes. So if I have to talk about it online the bookends will sit to either side of me looking a whole lot more interesting than the author. They're beautiful and arrived quickly, safe and sound. And wow! they're heavy. The books won't subside and cascade off the window sill any more. Thank you.
