May 27,2021There are some lovely products which I’ve purchased and on the whole have been very pleased with but with 2 of my orders there have been issues and I’m sorry to say the after sales service is very poor. The latest issue is still outstanding I purchased the marble noughts and crosses board which arrived but with no noughts and crosses. I phoned and then sent 2 emails abs the second one was answered in which I received an apology and advised the missing items would be posted within 24 hours and that was 8 days ago!

Eventually ordered and it was delivered within a week. Arrived very well packaged. Absolutely delighted with ornament. Great quality and well made. Very happy with service - 1st class.
