Dec 08,2019I ordered a table lamp from them weeks ago and was super happy with the item. The table lamp was properly packaged (to make sure it won't be damage since its made of glass base). It also arrived early as I expected and customer service does responded very promptly to my requests. Will definitely order from them again!

Dec 07,2019I ordered some glasses (champagne flutes) from the website as they had sold out in a store nearby and also several websites and google came up with this little treasure. I ordered the set and they were delivered within the stated time frame. I had been in hospital when they were delivered and it was about a month after when I checked them, the box was a little battered and despite them being packed really well, two of them had shattered. I contacted mulberry moon by email explaining this and got a very swift response apologising and they sent two replacement glasses that arrived again when they were supposed to - equally well packaged and were in one piece. Not all companies would have done this and I really appreciated it as they were for a gift. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

Dec 01,2019Excellent customer service once I managed to contact the owners about an item damaged in transit. They very quickly arranged a swap at no cost to myself. There had been an issue with some of their email going to spam and no-one answering their phone.
