Nov 24,2019The item did not arrive. No replacement was available as it was the only one in stock(and we were unable to find one anywhere on the net). Mulberry Moon did not take any action until we contacted them some 8 days after the despatch confirmation. Despite having a Hermes tracking number, the site showed "waiting to receive parcel". No remedial action was taken by Mulberry Moon until we chased it. After our e-mail, it was a further two days before a response saying it had been lost en route to courier. We did then however get an immediate refund.
