My first purchase was faulty , however I emailed to explain the situation and within 24 hours had received a re- placement item and a pre-paid bag to make my return. I was so pleased with the service, that I made another purchase at 4.30pm one afternoon and received that item the next morning in the post. Nothing short of excellent. Thank you again to you all xx
