Aug 31,2017Munchery has become a staple in my meal planning. I use Munchery at least once a week, ordering 2 to 3 meals at a time. I would probably starve without them!

Aug 31,2017I very much enjoy the convenience of Munchery. The quality of their cooking kits are excellent: delicious and nutritious. Many of the pre-made entrees are good. I enjoy the diversity in the menu. I also enjoy the their are both consistent and new dishes. The salmon dishes are not usually very good (and I like salmon!) probably because fish doesn't reheat well. The heating times are way off for the oven. I usually double the recommended heating time for the oven. I do not like the amount of packaging, and feel guilty subscribing because of the amount of waste it produces. I wish you could buy more individual produce items, especially fruit. Deliveries are usually on time and the drivers are friendly.

Aug 31,2017They say they send a text 10 min. before delivering, but do not. They say they knock on the door or ring the bell, but they don't. Support said they would do these things next time, but they didn't. The raw chicken was supposed to be in a sealed bag, but it had a leak. Chicken juice leaked on everything and through the bottom of the bag. They don't let you delete your credit card info. The site says that's because it's used for the membership, but that's not true; I canceled the membership.

Aug 31,2017Good food, but overpriced. The food was excellent in the past, but quality has slipped in past weeks. Hopefully the quality will go back up. I rely on it a few times a week and prefer salmon and healthy options. I like that the sauce is on the side, so you can often control just how sinful you want to make it! Love love love our delivery woman!

Aug 31,2017Some menu items are better than others for sure. Usually the simplest ones are best. French dip sandwiches are very good as is the shrimp roll. The vegie minestrone is very good. The salads definitely leave something to be desired (like freshness). The kids hamburger/cheeseburger is also pretty good and in general the desserts are good but can be expensive. I have not bought any of the drinks. The last menu item I purchased was the chicken pho. Bummer. When delivered the bag looked fine and I put in the refrig. immediately. When I opened the bag and then the box the entrée came in, the plastic container with the chicken stock was not just cracked but pretty completely smashed in. I'm still trying to figure out how someone did that because the whole side was literally smashed in. I took a spoonful of the broth that was all floating in the box and it was pretty blaa - as in no taste. Needless to say it all went into the garbage. Prices are going up all the time and I can't really say much for the quality of most items. Too bad. I've pretty much given up on Munchery.

Aug 31,2017Overall I really like munchery. For the most part, the quality is very good but some meals have lately not been so good (dried chicken, bland veggies). The delivery is almost always on time with very friendly delivery people. I do wish that Munchery had more variety in their meals because if you want to order more than a couple times a week, the choices become very repetitive.

Aug 31,2017Chicken contained in meal kit had open packaging and leaked onto the rest of the meal. I emailed Munchery to complain 5 days ago and have not gotten a reply. Update: Munchery has replied to my concerns and are investigating the problem to helpfor next time. They also refunded my meal kit. Thank you!

Aug 31,2017I love this service - it lets me feed my family home cooked style meals but with the convenience of a restaurant. Overall they have a good variety of choices every week so I can customize dinner for the picky eaters and pick up a few dishes for me to take for lunch the next day. I especially love their Asian inspired dishes, their pastas and chocolate banana bread.

Aug 31,2017More sides please We frequently enjoy your dinners, but I have been concerned about the recent menu changes. I miss the number of vegetable sides. I also appreciate that you always have pescatarian options. Overall great service, I enjoy the simplicity.

Aug 31,2017Great food, high quality, and no cooking/preparation involved. I do wish it was easier to share the coupon that they advertise, and receive the $20 discount. I also wish there were more dairy free options-- I love the vegan options that are available.

Aug 31,2017Great delivery but you haven't had any good options the last 4 weeks. Everything is either fish or something really spicy. It's rarely anything in between. When we first started you had so many more options for everyone in my family to choose from, but now you don't have anything for us.

Aug 31,2017I love the convenience of Munchery and quality of most of the meals. However, some of the meals' sodium levels are outrageously high. I would prefer to keep sodium levels under 500 mg per entree. I would appreciate more healthier options.
