Jan 29,2014I think it is unacceptable to send products that expire within one month. Either you have to warn the client about that or sell them at reduced prices. I am not at all satisfied by that service.

And sent some freebies by way of an apology, amazing service, kept up-to-date all the way while it was resolved with tracking numbers abd progress. Once it was established it was lost in the royal mail system the replacement arrived the next day, all on an order worth just 6.99... Fantastic :)
