Oct 29,2013Bought ZMA off this seller, but the hype states the magnesium is aspartate, when on arrival it turns out to be Magnesium oxide which is the cheaper version and is known to be broken down before assimilation being lucky if 25% reaches its target, where the Aspartate is known to reach 46%+ of its target, sent an email and as yet no reply, would not use again, make your own at least you know what's in it for sure then

My last purchase was diet whey, which I am very happy with, my only complaint would be that it said order now and receive on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday, but free delivery and arriving in two days is fine by me x

Oct 24,2013Ordering was easy and I received my order pretty fast.(I did not received any mail about the shipment, bad point) I would have appreciate to have more choice in clothing as I was not able to purchase all I wanted on musclefinese (I had to complete my order on another shop) Really good experience and fast delivery. I would appreciate to have a mail with tracking number of my shipment next time.
