Dec 05,2024Paid over 200 dollars for my order and still had to pay for shipping when the website says any order over 99 dollars is free. Also one of my 10lb bags of protein popped open in the shipping box so now there's protein powder all over the items I ordered.

Dec 05,2024I would like to know as to why it takes so long to ship products ordered - does M&S not have a warehouse, do you out source? It is a 50/50 ratio, some items are shipped within 24-48 hours & than you have orders that take much longer to ship out. Thank you

Dec 04,2024Only issue I had was that FedEx delivered my order. I live in a condominium and I would’ve thought FedEx would have the elevator code because of the amount of deliveries they do here. However, my delivery was left down by the mailboxes outside and not delivered to my door the way UPS and Amazon deliver my orders and I never received an email that my order had been delivered so I had no way to know it was here until I went to get my mail from my mailbox and saw the box sitting on the ground. First time that’s happened btw, since I’ve been a customer

Dec 04,2024Great price, great product. No complaints about the vendor. However, it was delivered a little late with DHL and with no advice whatsoever - found my package two days after the delivery date, outside my house. Anyway, I guess this is outside of the supplier's control.
