This is the first time we had product shipped through Germany to Thailand and the first time we had to pay duty and sales tax in Thailand. The amount of tax will make me consider the cost of similar product sourced locally.

Love this company but recently have had a lot of shipping issues and delays. It’s been extremely annoying since you have to pay for shipping on any orders under 99 dollars. Really hoping it gets better soon.

I get exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. The one time I didn't it was delivered by mistake to a different house and wasn't their fault. Their customer service was amazing and they still took care of me without it being a headache. Can't tell you how much that means to me.
