MXsouth in Jupiter Florida are a honest fare vendor. I had an issue with a return and they resolved it in a more than fare manner. Thank you.

Don't expect tracking info, I got none. However, they did what I wanted, got my product to me quickly, at the best price I could find. I recently ordered octane booster from this company. In order to take advantage of their free shipping policy, I had to order two bottles more than come in a case. I received a box containing a sealed case of 12 bottles, with the extra 2 bottles in the same shipping box. These two bottles developed a leak in transit. (I had this issue in an order from a different supplier in the past, also involving bottles not in a sealed case, not shocked to see it. The leaks were from a seam in the plastic bottles, across the bottom, apparently a weak spot.) The good news is, they had these two bottles sealed in a plastic bag, which contained the leak, allowing me to recover all of the product. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

Beware, Jeff writes his own reviews, suspicious that there are only 1s and 5s. Great damage control for a thief! Got himself kicked off Amazon Storefront for his dishonesty and self-serving practices! Continuous emails blaming me for not receiving the merchandise or refund. Deplorable MX South scam.

I'm shocked by all the bad reviews here. My experience with MX South had been absolutely fantastic. I'm from Russia and over a year I've bought about 5000 USD worth of gear, tools and parts from MX South. Jeff even allowed me use their address (for free) so that I could order a few other things from other shops - including a couple of items not related to motorbiking at all! While the items from other shops were on the way, I've asked to postpone shipping my orders, then I would add some more items and it would become even longer. Usually it took me a couple of months to finalize an order, all that time the items already on my order, and those arriving from other shops, were packed together and stored (for free), with new items being added as they arrived or as I asked Jeff to add more thing. I also sent Jeff a few custom requests (like "get item X from manufacturer Y"), bypassing the normal shopping cart process, and I always got quick, courteous and helpful reply. He can get practically any motorbike-related gear, parts or tools that are being sold somewhere, at the recommended price or cheaper. For all my orders I used USPS shipping, which was reasonably priced and arrived within 2-3 weeks. Their website might look outdated (I think it looks the same as 10 years ago), but it does the job perfectly well, and works fast. Now I have moved to EU and sadly it's impractical to continue shopping at MX South, as almost any order would be subject to significant import duties. Will have to look for a comparable European shop.

Rude and terrible service, it’s like MX goes to the extreme to alienate their customers. Seems they studied customer service from Don Rickles. I reread our correspondence from time to time just to get a good laugh. As I read the other negative reviews I would have to agree with all of them. Thanks for nothing MX. 🤮.

Jeff, the owner of MX South is a bad business owner who lies, steals and doesn't allow honest review to be left on Amazon for his company. Jeff is the rudest and most miserable person I have dealt with. I ordered a helmet he sold through Amazon, returned in perfect unused condition and got charged substantial restocking fee despite promising otherwise.

WOW - wrote an honest Yelp review about their return policy for some MX Boots I ordered through Amazon. Paid $119 and was credited $ 80 back after returning them in original packaging and boxes only tried once for fit and function. I received a nasty reply/diatribe from some unhinged person labeled Jeff H. NOW I see why they rate only 1.5 Stars on Yelp. Amazon should screen their vendors better and I screwed up not checking their vendor rating before ordering so my bad. Live and learn.

I would highly suggest that you look into this company before ordering from MX South! This is the WORST company I have dealt with in a very long time!! The rudest and most miserable person I have dealt with. I ordered a helmet on fly racing .com, not mx south. I guess mx south drop shipped or processed the order. I replied to fly racing to get my helmet I ordered replaced and sent back due to chips and scratches on it. I was contacted by Jeff at mx south. Its been a week and 1 day and still nothing but rude insulting emails from him. It's a simple order that can be fixed very easy with a return slip and replacement sent out. Not with MX South, I guess Jeff gets off by humiliating people that have problems with their orders from him. His responses on reviews about mx south are absolutely ludicrous! Look it up on Facebook, google, he blocks people on Amazon trying to put a negative review about them, so you cant trust that. All this over a helmet order, can you imagine if you had parts for your bike, atv, ect. and had to deal with this? His slogan should be worst customer service on the planet! Their are plenty of companies with competent staff and great customer service to order from, Definitely not MX South!

Absolutely the best company that I have ever worked with (since 2006 with no problems whatso ever). The mangement is very personal and prfessional. I always recommend MX South to everyone who comes to me looking spares folr either motorcycles or ATVs. THANK YOU for the opertunity to provide feedback.
