My name is Silvia, I buy a tickect in this site for my sons in June/09/2020 and pay 1,474.90 Never receive the confirmation code , when I tray check my booking, always have this message: My Recent Booking Oops! This is embarrassing! This portion of our website in under maintenance. Please check after 3-4 Hours. To this date do not receive my confirmation code, this site is an SCAM, STOLE MY MONEY, the bank do not return the money because it was a transaction that I authorized. I try contact and do not respond.
They are totally a scam. I don't know why their website hasn't been taken down. They charged $272 on my bank and now I'm at the airport and don't let me on because I don't have a reservation code. This is an outrage! I will NEVER visit this website again.
Very disappointing experience, obviously. Basically, I had a flight with porter from Toronto to New York. The flight was cancelled a month before the date. I contacted my flight search, and by their records the flight wasn’t cancelled (even though there hadn’t been a flight by porter in 5 months). Obviously the date came and went and I can’t so much as get a reply from their customer service. Tried calling and emailing, and zero response. Absolutely embarrassing

Please read this!!!!! This company is scam!!! (Even I didn't buy the ticket though they used my credit card information) I will report to the police about this company. I bought a plane ticket which was 154.65 USD (New York-Toronto round trip) on January 1st. However, I received a text message that 2544 USD was paid at 2 am on January 2nd from my bank. $2544 that I didn't even buy was taken out of my account. I tired to call to customer service and send emails tons of times though Myflightsearch only said 'we will refund to you as soon as possible' for around 2 months. Finally, they sent a sloppy refund image to me on February 23rd but I cannot get any money so far. They were keep saying to me 'you can check your account'. I contacted to my bank and bank representative recommended to me that I need to complaint about this weird payment through the Master Card. I did it and the bank said Myflightsearch didn't reply so it will be delayed. Can you guys believe this? It's already passed 7 months and I did not get back my money 2544 dollars still.
Purchased a ticket for my son to fly home and recieved an email stating processing error. So i called customer service at 1833 200 3343. I didnt recieve a conformation number only booking number. Customer service told me no problem booking that it went through on there end. I asked them to send me another email of the itinerary since i only received error on my end. Customer service said they would have to put me on hold. So i was on hold for an hour. I hung up and called back. Same issue they asked me to be put on hold and again i was left on hold. I called back again and still no email no change. Than customer service yells at me that i have called back twice in one hr. But still no change. I purchased a ticket for my son to come home in the amount of 1610.84. This is very important to me. He is to fly out of his location in 7 days and this company is not even trying to help me fix this problem. I have disputed the transaction with my bank and i hope and prey i can get that money back. For now i have resorted to asking family for help to bring my son home. I will never again use this site a i think they should ban this site. They are scamming people from what i have read.

UPDATE: Full Refund Received The day after I contacted all three companies (see review below) about seeking legal action and reporting each one to various agencies within the U.S. government, my daughter received a phone call from MyFlightSearch. She was told that she would be receiving her refund within seven days. This is already past the twenty-eight days she was told it would take. My husband and I were prepared to seek legal action, and I made sure these companies knew it. For her troubles, our daughter was given (verbally) a $1500 credit in addition to her refund. She won't be dealing with this company ever again. Her words, not mine. Although, I wholeheartedly agree. Keep fighting for your refund! REVIEW: On Thursday, June 4, my daughter bought two tickets to Alaska using MyFlightSearch. Although MyFlightSearch did not send a confirmation email, she received an email from HighSkyCheap confirming the purchase. We have a copy of the email with the booking number assigned to the purchase. She spent $1535.60 on the two tickets. The money cleared her bank account on June 8, 2020. The bank statement shows an agent fee number and was made payable to SkyFlightCheap, TX. First and foremost, my daughter did not cancel the flight, the company cancelled it. My daughter never received the e-tickets which were promised via email within 24 hours. After contacting MyFlightSearch customer service on Monday, June 8, she was informed that the flight scheduled in July had been cancelled. No communication of any kind (email/phone) from MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightCheap was sent regarding the flight cancellation. After speaking with two different MyFlightSearch customer service representatives on Monday, June 8, she was assured that she would receive a full refund within 20-28 business days. She was told that the delay of the refund was due to COVID-19. Thursday, July 16, marked the twenty-eighth business day since customer service was contacted. My daughter has yet to receive her refund. On Monday, July 20, I will be reporting these three companies to the United States Department of Transportation- Aviation Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, Nevada (and Texas) Attorney General's office, Nevada (and Texas) Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau of Nevada (and Texas). My family has waited the appropriate amount of time as deemed necessary by MyFlightSearch to receive the refund from these tickets. After contacting the aforementioned government agencies, legal action will be taken to recover the cost of the purchased tickets.
These slime balls ripped me off for $300.00 in December 2019. I wrote a review on here and after fighting for 3 months and being told that I was being sent a cheque never was. I’m not the only one this has happened to. Google this company and read how many people they literally steal money from before using them and don’t let some false reviews written by their staff to boost their rating fool you. This is a scam company ... I just had my previous review taken down as I’m sure many other real ones were so they can make themselves look good and continue to commit theft. They are based out of lasvegas Nevada and left to run amuck using overseas Foriegn call centres who will lie to you. Scum if you you don’t like the review do what you were supposed to and refund the $300.00 that you stole and didn’t book my flight with. If I could rank this scam outfit at negatives I would. My son traveled to California with friends. He rode out there from Iowa with them and then was going to fly back home from LAX a week later. He was traveling alone and was flying for the first time. He had purchased his ticket about a week before his flight. When he got to the airport he was told that his ticket had been voided due to a problem with his card. We checked his account and the money had been taken out of his account the day after his ticket purchase. Now he’s stranded at LAX. He called myflightsearch and after explaining that his ticket was paid for and now they needed to get him on another flight. The only option he was given was to buy another ticket and they would refund his previous ticket price. The new ticket was priced over $50 more. What choice did he have. Well no surprise he has never received a refund and all attempts to call and email have been ignored. They’ve told him that it would appear in his account in two days. They’ve said he would get credit for another flight. He never flies why would he want that. He’s waited on hold for over 2 hours to speak to an agent. When he did get ahold of them the minute he tried to explain his situation they would hang up on him. NEVER!!!,NEVER!!!! Use this website for ticket purchases. My son has given up on getting his money back. Which to him was a large amount of money. If I had unlimited resources I would sue, and harass this business until they went out of business. I would ask anyone who reads this review to pass it on to everyone they know and flood their sight with bad reviews! Mark R.
the receptionist named ANNA she talked with us and just talked sweet and made us to believe in her talk but she didn't made any arrangements for the flight bookings. next day we have to fly and book in an emergency which cost us lot and we ask other guy to cancel but no confirmation no cancelling.this is not good business so please be sensitive towards the job and help the customers.and do not post the charge unnecesarily. thanks.
My flight was cancelled three month ago and I still didn’t get my refund. I called the customer service a million times, every time they told me to wait three to four days. I waited many many three to four days and yet I STILL DIDN’T GET MY REFUND. The customer service’s attitude was so bad and even hang up on me. The worst flight ticket company, DO NOT EVER GET TICKETS FROM THEM.
I never received tickets or a refund. I called for the fifth time to ask why I had still not received my tickets days after purchase. Each time I called it took 40 minutes or more of ringing to get anyone on the phone. I was told, only after I contacted them, that the tickets I had purchased were no longer available. My trip was six days away at this point! He said I could pick another flight but their would be a upcharge in the price. I told him new dates are not an option. I have a dieing family member that I needed to go help take care of and already took the time off of work. I asked for a refund and was told I will get it in 30 days and sorry for your luck!!! I didn't cancel my tickets mind you, they never purchased them through the airline so... why does it take thirty days to give me a refund for something that was never actually purchased? I ended up going directly through the American Airlines and actually saved $400! Paying for two tickets twice left me anything but happy. I could have done without the stress during something like this but what can you do other than learn from it and call your bank to let them know that you never received your purchase and still haven't received the refund promised. Don't go through this company unless you are willing to gamble your tickets and your money. Besides, the airlines them selves had better deals.

When booking my reservation, I did not notice that the auto fill feature used my nick name. I realized that I would not be able to board the plane with my drivers license that has my legal name and when I called several times to have it changed, I was told that nothing could be done. Finally the last time I called Peter extension 452 was able to change my name and reissue the ticket. He was extremely helpful and very professional and courteous. I am very grateful for his help.
I made a reservation back in May for the July the 4th weekend. I received the confirmation, and nothing else. Today, 07/01, I tried to pull out my ticket, and it didn't show up. I called and with no shame the rep said the ticket was never issue, when I asked for my refund she hanged up, for my second call 2 hrs later (after I had to pay double for my ticket), I just asked for my refund and the rep immediately hanged up. I'm now in my third call, and it seems that they are trying to blame me because I paid for a ticket for a family member, so they stated the only way I will get part of the money is if I pay the cancellation fee, and I haven't cancel the ticket, then they gave me another option " To get a credit on their thief agency" NO WAY. They took the payment from my account in March. I found out the day before my flight via American Airlines (June 14th) that the company canceled my flight at which time I asked for a refund. I was never notified about the cancellation. I was told the refund would take 21 days. 30 days later still no refund. I called the airlines to ask about my refund and they told me that my flight search booked and canceled my ticket 3 times since I booked it in March. I called My flight search on Monday, they told me my refund would be issued to my bank account in 24-48 hours. Thursday I call back they tell me 24 hours I'll have my refund. Friday I call back and they keep putting me on hold and then disconnecting the call. I called back for the 5th time today and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor tells me that I have to wait for the refund department to call me back, instead I asked for the refund department number. I called them and Cameron told me that my refund would be issued in 7 to 10 business days. I'm convinced anybody that used this company we will just be robbed of our money.
